Problem fixed! Thanks! Having problems since app update. Cannot change my permissions which also makes it so that I can’t get past the main screen to order.

2/5Cannot Access My Info
The app worked fine for ordering my contacts earlier this year. I’ve just moved and I guess I forgot to label my contact boxes (I have two different prescriptions). When trying to access anything on the app, I’m met with an alert stating tracking permissions are required. I don’t understand why you need my location to show my prescription but okay. I set the permissions in my settings but am still unable to get into the details of my prescription.

5/5Reorder Contacts from Home
I love that I can reorder my contacts from my eye doctor without having to call them/leave a message etc. I also love being able to get free shipping! It’s nice to get the reminders when to reorder my contacts too.

Love this app! Super user friendly and keeps me connected to my doctor. Such an easy way to order my contact lens. I won't order my lenses any other way moving forward.

3/5Only applies to contacts not glasses
The ad for the app said I could get all of my prescriptions online. That’s true for contacts. For everything else - like glasses or upcoming appointments, it just says, “you’ll have to call your doctor’s office”. It’s an app to sell contacts. My provider already had a portal for that so there is no value add from this app.
