"body": "My menu didn’t integrate into their system, and I have an extremely simple menu. Their response was to tell me to completely reformat my menu so that it would import into their system correctly which has taken 2 months for them to figure out. Completely useless software unless your menu is configured perfectly like they want it- and they aren’t going to tell you if it isn’t until they’ve taken your money.",

"body": "Don’t use this app if you’re in a rush. Just for the app to open it takes an eternity. And DO NOT USE THIS FOR INVENTORY. Several times now I’ve used this app to do the inventory counts and it will crash and close out and nothing that I already input will be saved. There’s times I’ll be almost done counting everything and it crashes on me and I have to start ALL OVER. Unless you remember to save your counts every five minutes in the app, your best bet would be walking around with a computer and using the actual website. This app is garbage.",
