5/5Making Canadian Health Effective Again!
I was on the waitlist for four years after becoming permanent resident. I got a call asking me if I wanted to try a new program and the methodology of the clinic sounded wonderful, almost like the Kaiser plan I have back in California. Unfortunately, when I tried to get a prescription today, there were no available appointments six months out. This would be for a simple telephone interview to get a prescription for a monitoring device to help me manage my health. So I turned to Maple and was instantly connected, that is within two hours, with a nurse practitioner who was able to give me a prescription so I wouldn’t have to pay top dollar for a monitoring sensor. I think that the maple model should be adopted by all the provinces of Canada. If Canada has limited resources to doctors, then we need to reserve those services for the elderly and disabled who may not be as proficient at setting up E visits or getting into an appointment. Those of us with smart phones should be more resilient and of the technological age to minimize the stress and burden that our doctors are facing.

5/5So thankful I found this app
I was on the verge of a breakdown and in so much pain from a common infection I just needed antibiotics for. I would have had to wait hours just to get a prescription at my schools clinic and I really did not have the time as my midterms are this weekend. Thanks to Maple I was able to quickly pay for a consultation, get a prescription, and pick up my antibiotics from a pharmacy all within 30 minutes. Paying for an online consultation was absolutely worth the time I would’ve wasted waiting for an appointment at a walk in clinic.

5/5This app is a lifesaver!
I’m a California resident who was visiting the Vancouver area when I started experiencing a very common but very painful infection. I didn’t have access to a rental car and wasn’t sure how I would get to the hospital, let alone handle waiting to be seen for maybe hours in the emergency room. This app absolutely saved the day! I spent hours on the phone with my health insurance company and looking up alternatives before I finally found Maple. In less than ten minutes, I downloaded the app, filled out my information, and was communicating with a doctor. He was very helpful and efficiently diagnosed my condition and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy after I submitted my photo identification. The app was straightforward and well-designed. The process was painless and saved my vacation! I never write reviews for apps, but more people need to know about Maple and the amazing services it provides!

5/5Speedy, affordable and professional!
Can’t say how impressed I am with this app. I am a Canadian citizen, but an American resident, so no longer have health care coverage here in Quebec. I tired visiting local clinics here, but two I visited would not accept me as a non resident, and one wanted $140 CAD for a consultation. Desperate to just refill a prescription, I turned to the internet and found Maple. To be honest, I was very skeptical to sign up, but within 15 minutes of doing so I had A/ registered B/ consulted with a specialist and C/ had my prescription FAXED to my local pharmacy (with an option for free home delivery!), all for 1/3 of what it would have cost me to visit a doctor in person. I really can’t recommend this app enough to people who need a simple prescription refill or a consultation. What a great idea!

Like seeing a doctor before your afternoon coffee is made, all from the comfort of your own kitchen? Yeah, me too! As an American visiting my husband in Ontario, I was ill prepared for my medications in the States to be filled and arrive at my doorstep after I had left. Maple made it so easy for me to get my medications here in Canada. I absolutely love this app! It has five stars for a reason, my friends. It’s affordable, very user friendly, and every doctor I’ve had has been quite wonderful to encounter. I could not recommend this app more! Woo go Maple!
