5/5Smooth, sleek and user-friendly
First impression, I have to say they did a great job. Everything seems very smooth and I don’t feel like I have to go digging to find the things that I want. Player profiles are a great touch and I’m finding myself reading up on things I normally wouldn’t since it’s all right here. The app is ‘clean’. First day using it and I’m enjoying it so far. If they could make a deal to show first team matches on it, it would be absolutely perfect!

The upgrade is a step backward, the graphics n more in-depth with team is ok but the app doesn’t give you that connection dat it use to. 1st of all the streaming is removed, so you can’t fallow the game again if you not home and I tune to your tv (which is mostly the case for me). 2nd of all you usually could go to videos and have a catalogue of videos to chose from, simple picking the highlight you more interested in with more ease. In this new app dat is a lil tedious as you now have to just scroll n scroll and still might not see the game dat played two weeks ago that you just in love with how United was in total control n destroy full. I thought the upgrade was gonna be more upgrading the radio streaming to video streaming. Instead streaming was totally removed... nobody have time to follow the game by gluing to the screen watching the games tru words!!!

1/5Made me pay twice and still no MUTV
After 2 years of subscribing to MUTV I was told my subscription expired. I only use the app to watch preseason games, so this occurred as I was logging on to watch the latest match. I quickly resubscribed to the annual pass, but the app did not seem to recognize it despite the charge coming through. I tried to go through the process again, was charged a second time for the same pass I already paid for, and STILL no access to MUTV. I missed the match — one of only a handful of matches we get to watch for preseason each summer. This being the only use I get out of the app, it’s needless to say I’m extremely disappointed. This can’t be happening, and it really should not be possibly from an IT standpoint to pay for the same subscription twice. Be prepared for disappointment when you need most to use the app.

I love my RED’s!! That’s first! Now with that being said we as fans are just not getting enough from this app. Time and time again we ask for longer and more detailed highlight reels of the game. Better more live interaction during the game as well as more access to older content. I’ll be honest as dedicated fans from around the world access to classic games actually all games should be free on the app. How else can we build our love for the club and it’s history!? Yes sure we can pay the premium price for all access. I tell you fat cats counting your pounds at the top the same as any hard working man. Im a RED and if you want to go in my pocket instead of my heart for this team stuff it!

3/5Where are the classic matches?
I have had the app for almost a year. Got it in March of 2023. I had no idea that there was match footage from classic matches such as some of the 1999 FA Cup matches and the 2008 Champions League final. The only reason I discovered this footage on March 15th 2024 was because there was an app notification honoring Eric Cantona showing a match of his against Liverpool. I saw that I could change the season, so I flipped through them and happened to find the 2008 champions league final. My whole point is why is United hiding this footage? I can’t find it anywhere in the normal MUTV section. Would it be so hard to update the MUTV UI with a section for these classic matches??

The app itself i dont use much maybe the only couple of times it was useful when it broke me the news of a sacked manager. but more importantly I subscribed to MUTV recently to watch preseason games after I paid it didnt work neither on the app or website both claim I have no subscription. I sent the an email they said would be solved within an hour but now 5 days later no solution and they stopped answering Emails. and btw the app on the TV wont even sign in even with right credentials

For some reason the app is not user-friendly anymore. Even when trying to watch matches you can't even touch the video to change the experience to a full screen. very sad experience so far.

I've been using this App for several years. a great place for all things Utd. latest news, all the content they post on social media in one place. match days are great as all the stats a fan could want. Live radio commentary. A Fan Predictions game for fun to guess your team lineup, first scorer, score etc that you earn points. the latest update ahead of the 26/27 season has streamlined the App. it's much faster. the new interface is ok.

          "body": "The upgrade is a step backward, the graphics n more in-depth with team is ok but the app doesn’t give you that connection dat it use to. 1st of all the streaming is removed, so you can’t fallow the game again if you not home and I tune to your tv (which is mostly the case for me). 2nd of all you usually could go to videos and have a catalogue of videos to chose from, simple picking the highlight you more interested in with more ease. In this new app dat is a lil tedious as you now have to just scroll n scroll and still might not see the game dat played two weeks ago that you just in love with how United was in total control n destroy full. I thought the upgrade was gonna be more upgrading the radio streaming to video streaming. Instead streaming was totally removed... nobody have time to follow the game by gluing to the screen watching the games tru words!!!",

          "body": "After 2 years of subscribing to MUTV I was told my subscription expired. I only use the app to watch preseason games, so this occurred as I was logging on to watch the latest match. I quickly resubscribed to the annual pass, but the app did not seem to recognize it despite the charge coming through. I tried to go through the process again, was charged a second time for the same pass I already paid for, and STILL no access to MUTV. I missed the match — one of only a handful of matches we get to watch for preseason each summer. This being the only use I get out of the app, it’s needless to say I’m extremely disappointed. This can’t be happening, and it really should not be possibly from an IT standpoint to pay for the same subscription twice. Be prepared for disappointment when you need most to use the app.",

Now with that being said we as fans are just not getting enough from this app. Time and time again we ask for longer and more detailed highlight reels of the game. Better more live interaction during the game as well as more access to older content. I’ll be honest as dedicated fans from around the world access to classic games actually all games should be free on the app. How else can we build our love for the club and it’s history!? Yes sure we can pay the premium price for all access. I tell you fat cats counting your pounds at the top the same as any hard working man. Im a RED and if you want to go in my pocket instead of my heart for this team stuff it!",

          "body": "I have had the app for almost a year. Got it in March of 2023. I had no idea that there was match footage from classic matches such as some of the 1999 FA Cup matches and the 2008 Champions League final. The only reason I discovered this footage on March 15th 2024 was because there was an app notification honoring Eric Cantona showing a match of his against Liverpool. I saw that I could change the season, so I flipped through them and happened to find the 2008 champions league final. My whole point is why is United hiding this footage? I can’t find it anywhere in the normal MUTV section. Would it be so hard to update the MUTV UI with a section for these classic matches??",
