   MakeupPlus is one of the best apps I have on my phone. It is really helpful because you can test out what kind beauty appliances looks the best on you instead of having to put on actual makeup and then seeing that is actually doesn’t look good. This app is one of my go to apps and I always love the new updates because the new updates always have new makeup products that you can get. I like that you can get other makeup products on this app instead of having to only use the ones they have provided for you. Overall I love this app and now I’m gonna show you all how much I actually love this app with emojis!!!❤️💄(sorry I couldn’t find that many)🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

2. 4/5Exotic Needed

   This app is great for one exception not many minority’s to choose from the whole app. Bi-racial people come in variety of flavors and I’m brown with American Indian features and would love to be able to alter my lips correctly or even my cheekbones. A larger crowd to chose from, lashes for top and bottom of eyes & hair color that actually worked (could you add the hair coloring - Platinum) would certainly grant this app a five stars easily. Its great but lets not get ahead of ourselves there is a lot more you can add for upscale improvements - the make-up is so limited. Have you ever seen anyone shop for these types of items. Just 5 or 6 blushes, 13 or so lipsticks (no gloss option only) and the eyeshadow stage is just awful...who wears that stuff...boring. Other than that it’s worth it but could be more for how much your charging...It should be a little bit lower for a yearly subscription too. Such awful deals for this. By the way, when I went to erase and start my photo all over again....none of the features would work at all unless I started all the way back to the beginning of taking the photo again...this must be a bug. Please update .... I worked with many other apps that are just as great but they have much more options, features and colors than you do... Dropping a hint to you...so far you’re #1 at the game.....PICK UP THE SLACK, PLEASE! I hate to waste money! Even though “OUTSTANDING” for such a limited app. AAllynSmith CA

   I used this when i suffered from extreme anxiety and body dismorphia. I, a 15 year old girl, was obsessed with altering myself to look like gigi hadid. Seeing pictures of her made me feel angry at myself, and it didn’t help that she is constantly celebrated and known solely for he way she looks on the outside. After a year of intense therapy after a suicide attempt, i am still working to accept the way i am naturally, and love myself with and without filters and makeup. I recently used this app to put a makeup filter on a friend for fun, and saw the new “gigi” filter, which alters your face to have similar contours to the model’s. You may not think much of having this as a feature, but this app is advertised specifically towards impressionable teenage girls, and though you may not see the harm this causes, know that you are negatively affecting someone, whether subconsciously or knowingly. You are using insecurity and self doubt to earn money for yourselves. This may not change a thing, and I’m sure this app was not intended to inflict harm, but there is a difference between enhancing someone’s natural beauty with a little color, and creating features that allow one to make their face look skinnier, lighter, or make their eyes look bigger and nose look smaller. Not only is this racist by influencing Western European beauty standards on all faces as the definition for beauty, but directly increases thoughts of self-loathing on your users by subconsciously teaching them that their natural face is not worthy. Think about the impact you want to make on the world, and whether you are hurting or helping your users.

4. 1/5Please don’t automatically remove “acne” blemishes 😔

   I never really write app reviews but I really needed to get this out there. I absolutely loved this app...before the last update. I liked how we were able to have control over the acne blemish feature however since the last update it automatically gets rid of these “blemishes” now and doesn’t let me undo it. Of course this doesn’t seem like a problem if anything it seems convenient right? Which I would 100% approve HOWEVER this feature automatically covers up a distinct mole/birth mark that I have on my cheek near my eye. This bothers me because I can no longer use or post any photos I edit on this app anymore because any one that knows me would know it’s edited because of this distinct mark I have, and even besides that I would never cover it up because I actually love this unique mark I have. Anyways, I only put one star because I’m really hoping this review can be seen and this problem can be fixed. Other than this, I really loved the app before and would please love it again if this is fixed. Thanks

5. 4/5Amazing but may need a few touch ups

   I love this app so much!! It makes all of my photos look amazing! Although it doesn't work very well with glasses 😢 (which I wear). And while all the features on this app are amazing I really wish that there were more without haven't to pay for the premium subscription. Anyways my favorite thing to do on this app is definitely making people look absolutely ridiculous I love making myself and other people look amazing! So basically even though the features can be limited I still love this app! It loads quickly and doesn't take up much space at all! So I think that you should definitely get this app but be cautious when wearing glasses because you will have to make so adjustments!! So get this app and if you have it amazing choice!
