1. 5/5AI tools no longer integrate with the website

   First, I must say that the AI tools on the web are spectacular and up until recently I also used the iOS app nearly daily. But something recently changed with the newest version of the app that’s makes it pointless to use it. Specifically, it seems to have lost its integration with my web account. For example I can no longer access the custom styles I spent months refining nor can I access any of the historical images and the associated prompts I have archived. All of that still works beautifully on the website so that’s the only way I can use the AI tools. Please bring back the integration to the app.

   Not worth it at all. Super expensive. I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday sale (37% off) A years worth of videos are $81 for the subscription but only produce roughly 100 videos depending on the generator. FOR A YEAR!!! That’s nearly $1 a video!!! No thanks yall. I couldn’t produce the first video because it was flagged. I dont know why because there is nothing controversial or copyright protected of a man standing. Regardless I am appalled at the cost of this. Of course, I couldn’t try it out before purchasing it so I was going from reviews and suggestions from RourkeHeath (which I will never trust again). Ive used a lot of the AI video generators and the price of this is infuriating. I just want my money back, BUT I BET I CAN’T GET IT EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN’T USED THE SERVICE. So im stuck with something I don’t want and cant get a refund now that I have had the opportunity to attempt to use it. Another tech company wasting my time and money. Imagine my shock. Other competitors are better and priced realistically. If I do get a dev response, the only words I want to read are ‘Here is your refund sir.’ I have all the credits I started with and don’t want to use this service at all.

3. 1/5😡SERIOUSLY STOP😡

   I am beyond tired of constantly having a almost $500 charge trying to be placed on my Apple credit card when I have already deleted the profile that I had set up. I never even used this app for this website for a second due to the fact that I have a membership with a competitor of theirs and it’s lifetime and it is way better and way more afford. I am really getting tired of trying to reach out to customer service with it being merely impossible to get anyone because every email I’ve sent that are posted as the customer support I keep getting a reply that that email address is no longer exist. I’ve tried to contact customer support because the app in the website without any luck whatsoever so I’m trying this way. To magnetic that if I keep getting a ticket charge on my Apple credit card for $500 I will be reaching out to an attorney and having them to handle this nonstop problem so with that being said, this is my last warning to Magnific STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY WHEN I DELETED MY ACCOUNT A WHILE AGO 🤬

   Until the models and aggregators of AI fully come to realize that their business model is a terrible one, we have to contend with how they function currently. And if we must use one— and we must— Freepik AI is definitely the best way to go. It offers the most model options and features relaxed mode with images, which is great. The only two complaints I have with Freepik AI are the following: 1) in either phone app or computer aggregator mode, the videos disappoint a little too often and use up a lot of your points by giving you junk, which doesn’t make it all that different than the other others you would be apt to use, and 2) regarding the app, the versatility of all that Freepik AI offers is not available. But otherwise I love everything about Freepik AI on a computer or a smart phone.

5. 1/5DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

   I purchased a premium subscription through Apple, only to never activate in the app. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, talking to Apple support, debugging requests coming from the app, reading hundreds of comments from other users who are facing the exact same Issue. I even tried buying the subscription again, and was greeting with a pop up saying “ You have already purchased a subscription with this Apple account.“ So… the app knows I have a subscription but it can’t or won’t activate it on my account - something is very wrong with this app and the team behind it. What I haven’t done is talk with Magnific support - because they won’t respond. Support Requests submitted in the app DONT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING. When submitted, no confirmation is provided, no network calls are triggered to create a ticket or send a request, and absolutely nothing happens. I finally found a support email address in a Reddit thread - and a ticket did get created once I emailed, but I still have yet to receive any response. Based on my research, debugging, and overall experience - either the dev team messed up so badly when they switched from Freepik that they can’t fix it, or there’s something nefarious going on. It should be pulled from the App Store. Don’t buy anything in this app - don’t even download it. Find a different app and give that development team your support, because this one doesn’t deserve it.
