This app has helped me score reservations a couple times. I highly recommend using this app especially if you’re not staying on property and getting early access to some of the most coveted tables or experiences. Our latest score was a Bibbidi Bobbidi reservation for our little when it had been sold out within seconds of (or perhaps prior to) our ability to book. Yes, it costs to unlock additional features and get the most out of the app, but we’ve had good luck using the free version. Depending upon the urgency and your ability to monitor push notifications vs. SMS, the free version may be all you need. And the $15 single month subscription (without recurring) would definitely be worth it if you’re doing a once in a lifetime trip. As a family that goes yearly or every other year, missing out on something this time or that time, doesn’t make or break our trip. $15 is a good investment to get what you actually want, just make sure you’re logged in and have a card loaded for the race to book in the Disney app!

5/5Incredible App!
Forget waking up early to log into Disney just to find out the reservations you want are not available. Just use this app and wait for options to appear. I have been trying to book Space 220 at Epcot so I had been getting up early (5:50 AM) to get on the Disney site because they become available at 6AM. I had no success day after day. I wish I had know about this app before because two days after downloading I was able to book Space 220. It was simple and exciting. I still can’t believe I was able to get the reservations. Now for all hard to get Disney reservations I will be using this app. Highly recommended! Great job developers!

5/5Got reservations to the new restaurant because of this!
I wanted to use mouse dining but their free alert doesn’t text you. This app you can set up 1 reservation reminder for free and it sends you a push notification. Disneys site the day the reservations were released for the bbq restaurant in toy story land was glitching so reservations weren’t available at 6 am like normal. I set up an alert and later in the day when they opened them up I got an alert. I’d never have known or even gotten a reservation if it wasn’t for this app

4/5Good Functionality Even Without Payment
Obviously, the producer of this software is trying to make money from their efforts of putting together this software package. That’s to be expected. And I think the prices for their “full service software” is fair. Initially, you are offered one alert notification for free and can pay to receive plenty of additional alerts that will work simultaneously for you. You can work with just one alert (if you to just get that one special reservation), but more alerts working for you is always better. I’m impressed with this app and would recommend it to others.

1/5Sketchy App…
The app never alerted me to reservations that became available. This was in a 2 week period. and not one alert. I ended up checking Disney’s official website periodically and saw when people cancelled their reservations that way. I recommend doing that over this app. Also, you won’t be able to delete your account after signing up. This function doesn’t work in the app, probably by design. “Customer Service” has ignored multiple requests for a deletion. The only response I received included instructions how to cancel a subscription, which did not address my issue. They’ve ignored all subsequent emails since then. My guess is they won’t delete so they can keep your info on file or sell your info to other marketers.
