We’ve added more sign-in options: you can now sign in with email and password, alongside Google and Apple. We’ve also made spit and polish improvements to pickup hockey leaderboards.

League Improvements * Team admins can now connect an existing Mad Puck team to a league using a league join code. * League-managed teams can now view important League Info directly in the app. * League Agreements allow players to review, accept, and submit required player documents.

League Improvements * League-managed teams can now set game-specific jersey numbers from attendance, with updates reflected throughout the game experience. * Improved player editing for league-managed rosters, including support for more granular field permissions set by the league. * League settings now control which player profile details and photos can be updated in league-managed teams.

Penalty Improvements * Added the ability to set the default penalty for your team (1 min, 1.5, 2, or penalty shot) — available in Team Settings * Added support for 8-minute misconducts, game misconducts, match penalties, and awarded goals * Added “Misconduct” to the list of penalty types

* New player sort options in the Roster tab — choose how names and numbers appear: First Last, Last First, Number First Last, Number Last First * Your choice now powers player display and sorting across the entire app * Fans list now appears in a clean order — sorted by username, with pending approvals at the top

Penalty Input Improvements: * Redesigned penalty input for faster and easier entry * New visual picker illustrates referees making calls for common penalties * Penalty list is now sorted alphabetically

Waitlist Update: You can now see when each player joined the waitlist — making it easier to decide who to move into the game when a spot opens up.

Admins, coaches, and managers on premium teams can now assign volunteers directly to event assignments — no more waiting for fans or parents to sign themselves up! It’s now faster and easier to make sure every role (snacks, pucks, on-ice help, and more) is covered before game time.
