1/5Utterly Useless App
The Rams app is utterly useless. Can’t access tickets to view, use or transfer. I really don’t understand how out of tens of thousands of season ticket holders paying thousands per year they cannot figure out the most basic function of an app for a sports team, people to be able to access and use their tickets. I ended up accessing them via the mobile web, which is just pathetic.

4/5Great App for a Fan
Fairly user friendly. They always have up to date content. Anything you want to know about the schedule or in season records are all within the app. It’s fun to be able to flip through the player and coaching roster. My main frustration with the app is that it ‘times out’ or reloads almost every time you open it. If you are watching a video or listening to a podcast, you have to screenshot what minute you are at. Because next time you open the app to finish the video, it completely refreshes. Very frustrating if you don’t remember where you are at and it happens multiple times with some of their longer video content!

4/5The Defence
The Rams Defense owns this lost. You don’t give up 21 points and expect the Offense to just go out and take care of it. Then when the Rams Offense comes back and gets close the Defense gives up more points. We played catch up all 4 quarters and our QB and Offense did one hell of a job keeping it close but that damage was done by the defense giving up 55 points. Our young QB and Offense did their best to keep the game close. Our QB is Awesome, but our defense is hurting.

1/5App never works anymore for tickets
Downloaded this last season and got tickets for all games. Did the same thing this year and every week I go to get my tickets it says unable to refresh your tickets. I reset both my app login and Ticketmaster login for the Buccaneers game and it worked. Tried logging in yesterday and the app says no account exists. Seriously?? This is the most frustrating thing on game day when you’re wondering what do I have to do to get my tickets I paid for and support absolutely is worthless. Glad this is my last year of buying season tickets.

1/5App works as well as the logo looks
Thanks for updating the app, but can you do something about this hideous logo. The old logo was one of the best in the game, and now only the Cleveland browns have a friend I the ugliest logo department. I understand about making a new identity to go with the new stadium, but isn’t the stadium shaped like the old logo? Why didn’t you consult the fans first? Or maybe let us vote on it, because we are the ones who have to look at it at wear it. This logo is so bad, I’m considering becoming a Chargers fan. Thankfully I am still able to go online and buy some of the old logo gear. This logo looks like the Rams are sponsored by LA Fitness. Please do something about this logo.
