"body": "I love having the app. However, my one complaint is a bug they never seem to have fixed. I manage my account and my kids’, but when I try to place a hold on the app for anyone but myself, the app crashes. If I turn the dial to place the hold for one of my kids’ books, The app crashes and I have to start all over again. Just wish they could fix this.",

"body": "I had to delete the LAPL app today because it was just a blank screen, despite having used it two days ago. I went to the App Store to reinstall & now it looks completely different. The UI is completely different & when I try to add my card I repeatedly receive one of two errors: “HTTP error” or “invalid credentials.” My card number is the same one it’s been for at least three years & my PIN hasn’t changed in 10 years. What happened to the other LAPL app??",
