1. 1/5Great app, just so many bugs

   I’ve been using the app consistently in every church service for a few years now. I have a subscription that renews monthly, but for some reason it continuously “signs me out” on its own. I can have the app open and be creating set lists, ect. Then it will send me to the sign in page. Sometimes it’ll let me sign in, but times like today, it won’t, no matter how much I try. This has happened right before church as well, which is quite frustrating. No sense in paying for an app that no one responds to your issues or requests and a common issue is never resolved🤷‍♂️. This needs resolving soon. Gonna have to find a more reliable system soon if not.

2. 3/5Needs improvement

   Having hundreds, if not thousands of different loops at your fingertips is awesome. Especially if you get bored using the same 20 loops you already have. That being said this app needs serious improvement. It’s as if the developer started with something good but then stopped paying attention to it. The biggest oversight I see with this app is not having even a tiny bit of midi control. It would be fairly simple to incorporate this. There needs to be a way for you to be able to see the time signature beside the loops so you can quickly identify without having to load up each and every loop to see what time signature it is. It would be even better for the developer to create separate pages for each time signature so you can search through a whole page of the loops you’re looking for with the same time signature. You also need to be able to set how long the queue option counts before it brings in the next loop. As it stands, it’s not very great how well it queues up. All in all definitely not worth paying $20 a month for maybe $10 a month.

   I absolutely love this app! Total game changer for any music ministry. However, I strongly dislike the update. First, this strange glitch occurs every single week I use it where I'll click on a loop and it opens up into another window and it just says “UNKNOWN” in caps and nothing works. No sound no nothing. I have to effectively exit the app and go back in to get it to play. This never happened before the update. Also it doesn't allow you to play the loops on the screen where you can actually see all of your other loops, it confines you in this new window because of some new features but you can't back out and search for a another click while you're playing one. It's just an unnecessary limitation. And finally it keeps kicking me every single week it's telling me to “subscribe” and I'm definitely subscribed lol but it keeps kicking me out. On a Sunday morning when I need to my playlist asap and the band is looking at me fiddling with my Phone because I had to log back in or exit the app and them scroll to find the right track. We knows as musicians 5 seconds of awkward silence feels like an eternity. To me this is not acceptable, esecpsilly at 20$ a month. Love the app but it needs another revision, it could be so much better!

4. 3/5Loops aren’t connecting end to end

   Whatup C-Dub. You have a few loops like the 6/8 groove on the iPad version specifically that doesn’t have a full bar at the end of the loop. I’m noticing the issue more so with the iPad as opposed to the iPhone. Don’t know what the technical issue is, but you can imagine the surprise when you’re in service and the loop “starts over” a half a beat sooner than it’s supposed to. There are a few frequent crashes others have mentioned as well. I love all of the new content since the last major update, but the bugs with the current version have left many like myself a little disappointed. You’ve always done great work, so I’m sure you will address it if you haven’t already. Appreciate ya much.

   I love my loops but for the second on a Sunday morning I went use my loops only 4 where too over 20 plus loops although I unsubscribe from it somehow my loops I purchase was no longer there this is the second time once you subscribe to anything if you unsubscribe that which belong to you so many my musicians friend I have turn on to this App I really would like my loops back I unstalled and restall my old loops still not downloaded the beta app I still don’t see my old loops I purchase, I was email back with response comparing my situation to Netflix once you stop your subscription you no longer have access well once before this happened and the CDUB team somehow replace them back here I go again so I guess they You to subscribe again never will I subscribe again and I will be letting my musicians friends know how I was treated because I push this app many of my musicians friends downloaded your app mr cudub
