   Loan2me has been very handy for me. I have used it several times when closing a deal. Without it, I could have paid more interest on loans over the years. Say that you are buying a car, and the total interest over the life of the loan is 10k because you know your credit score. While you can't do anything about your % knowing that, you can negotiate a better price for the car you are interested in buying; paying less equals less in interest.

2. 4/5What about defected payments?

   I would like to see the app show a deferred payment. Many times when you buy a vehicle you have 30 or 45 days before your first payment. This obviously equates to part of the calculation of what your monthly payment is going to be based on the number of days interest is accruing from the actual date of purchase. I have not seen any loan calculator include this or offer this option. Every loan I have ever entered has never equaled the same as what the dealer calculates. I find that you enter the purchase price on the contract along with the number of payments and it’s off by a couple of dollars. I was told this is because it is adjusting for the number of days between the purchase and the actual first payment made.

3. 5/5No ads, free, super simple and aesthetically pleasing

   I downloaded all the other free apps and they were ok but they had either ads, they only displayed in portrait mode, or you had to scroll through options to choose how many years or months. This app, on the other hand, is ad-free (so far), and it updates every time you input information. I am so grateful, thanks!

4. 4/5Great App. One suggestion.

   This is a great loan app for tracking loans. I wish the amount for each loan on the saved loans screen would display the current balance, not the original balance. Nobody cares what the original balance was, but it would be helpful to see the current balance of each loan at a glance on one screen without having to navigate through multiple different screens to get to view current balances. Please please please change that. I would give 5 stars with that change.

5. 2/5Lacks flexibility

   Maybe I’m missing something because everyone else seems to love this app. I purchased the pro version for $5.99 today. The only perk I can see is that I can save my loans. Which would be worth it except that I can’t do what I want with the app, so saving what I’m doing isn’t very valuable to me. Here is what I would like to be able to do: Input my loan information Add the one time extra payment I made and see how that affects my loan What I got: Input my loan information Add extra payment information. The extra payment is assumed to be made monthly and there is no option to change this. When I touch a field to edit the information is instantly deleted. So if I touch the wrong field or only want to change one number it deletes the entire thing and sometimes I can’t remember what the number was. I’m really disappointed and wish there was a way to get my money back so I can buy something different.
