Fixed a layout issue where the message bar and call button could be hidden on smaller iPhone screens.

Voice calls now use upgraded speech recognition with automatic language detection — you no longer need to pick a language before a call, and you can switch languages mid-conversation. The language picker has been removed from calls and onboarding.
