pizza was excellent, the bread sticks were great, but, the staff failed to put the garlic sauce which I paid for, in the order.

when you order you expect to get it. I ordered a 2 litter and if didn't get it you ask for refund and they company robs you only giving you 15 percent of what you order thief's.

Bought a rockstar with my order, but when I went to pick it up the employee said that they don't carry that. I asked for a refund and they said that they would have to refund my entire order and couldn't do just one item. Not the end of the world but definitely underwhelming service.

Bathroom looks like a science experiment gone wrong. Front end person looks like an overweight Insane Clown Posse groupie. Food is always late, and the other day when I arrived to pick up my order, ten minutes after receiving notification that it was ready, they had obviously given it to someone else and told me I would have to wait twelve minutes for it. (Having worked for several pizza joints I know that's exactly how long it takes a pizza to pass through the oven.) This place used to be great
