4/5Works great for my 1 RV battery
I like the app. The information is presented in an easy to understand GUI and navigating through the menu options is easy enough. I like the ability to turn the battery off and on through the app. It’s easier to do then accessing the manual battery disconnect. There is one thing I would like to see in future versions, a customizable notification for state of charge (SOC) when this percentage reaches ~18 percent, I would love to get a notification from the app.

2/5Great battery, app is disappointing
The app connects with Bluetooth just fine, and as long as you have previously logged in no internet is needed. The monitoring is where it falls short. My third day of boondocking in my teardrop camper and the app still shows 99% SOC in Standby mode. Occasionally, it will quickly show a Discharge status with a “time remaining” reading, but on the screen so briefly that it is hard to read. The battery temperature updates regularly so I know the app is connected. I bought a Bluetooth battery hoping to avoid installing a shunt or having to disconnect the battery every day to do a multimeter reading. Actual SOC is now about 60 %. Can’t trust the app.

5/5Time to full charge data deleted in newest update
Was disappointed after the latest update that the Time to full charge data deleted in newest update. : > ((. Why? Otherwise have appreciated the app. Several people say not enough advanced info given. I have found that if you click on the actual battery picture above the very basic overview of battery status, that you do get much more info then just the SOC percentage when you first open the app and click on the lightning icon. Also, if you click on the battery icon at the bottom of the screen, it lets you refresh and get the newest info on battery status. If you don’t do that, it just gives you the last status you received. Got the current status.

3/5Battery needs to be removed and reconnected to get real time readings
The app provides accurate information, except that every time I use the app after walking away from the battery (i.e., Bluetooth is disconnected), I need to remove the battery from the app and then re-add it. If I do not do this, the app does not give an updated picture of the battery status. That is, it displays the last connected status only and does not refresh when the Bluetooth connection is re-established.

3/5What’s with (new update) NOW this app OPENS in advertisement section.
Now when I open the app. It lands in the discovery mode “trying” to sell me things. This is annoying. We shouldn’t have to click over to our “device” list to begin. The app works. But they NEED to STOP advertising within it. I received a “notification” today stating that I should take advantage of Black Friday deals, I set up notifications in LiTime to get important “notifications” regarding my actual devices “batteries” not commercials. Please, when I open the app just open to my devices! I’ll click on “discovery” if I need to discover. Without your “pushing add’s”your app would’ve scored 4-stars (because we should NOT have to be logged in for Bluetooth (and location). You’d be a 5-star at that point. Possibly offer a (one-time) “PAY” version that doesn’t need you to “make an account for you to monitor location” either way; for your product QUALITY 5-Star. For your PRICE POINT/VALUE 5-star. I will continue to buy & recommend your products. I just don’t like the adds that your app opens to when I’m trying to just get a quick check on my batteries.
