   If you have a child in a school that utilizes this app, DOWN LOAD NOW❣️ It lets you know what your Child’s spending habits are as well as eating habits, while away from home and it lets you know in real time! The app is easy to use and simple understand, it lets you pay, set spending limits and notifies you when the balance falls below a certain amount. I have a 13 year old granddaughter who doesn't volunteer any information, this way I know without asking!

2. 1/5Posting Date Incorrect/Can’t Print Transactions

   There must have been an update recently that affected the posting/transaction dates. Now it is showing that meals are posting the day before they are actually being purchased. ie. Posting on Sundays when they were not even in school.. This is a real issue when two different households manage the students purchases on their respective days. Also, I have tried to print the transactions on the mobile app (iPhone and iPad) and two different browsers and there is no way to print. I have tried researching online, including the LINQ resources and our school district instructions, with no avail. This should not be this difficult to manage and I am extremely frustrated. Would rather just give my kids a debit card or cash to make school lunch purchases at this point but doubt that is even an option.

   Love using the app to add funds to my children’s account and check on the balance. It’s perfect for when I’m not at my computer and working - saves me time to do it on my phone when I get low balance reminders.

4. 2/5Payment issues

   So they have a default payment option, and then they give you the option to add others cards. Except no other payment options work. Only the default card. Which is kind of silly. Why be able to download other card options you can’t even use? You can’t even delete the default card you have edit it. Just seems backwards to me. The support line wasn’t any help either. They just speak to you like a robot.

5. 2/5can’t enter data

   Had to download app because acknowledge button on terms and service from website was hidden behind bar at bottom of webpage. downloaded app and tried to enter credit card but expiration field has numeric character mask so cannot enter “/“ required by date input field. cannot add money to account so app has no utility for me. Had to use a desktop to add money. UI team needs to do/be better at testing prior to release.
