1. 1/5Waiting for App WiFi Connection

   I’m running my third infusion attempt with the Levo 2 right now; I have the machine in the dry cycle and I am going to make gummies using their mix. I didn’t think the app connection was important to me, but now I’m realizing why it’s needed. This is basically a mini countertop oven that runs for hours. You’re not going to sit there and watch it. The app connection allows you to monitor its status from another room, the backyard, the balcony, ect. I understand you guys are working on recreating the functionality in a new app. I am hoping that you can roll it out soon because it is essential. P.S. The back cable management plastic came off when I touched it. Not yanked, smashed, or pulled. Simply touched. Reminder this is my third time even touching the machine. I don’t understand why you screwed it from the inside out, now I cannot repair it myself. And I know your response is going to be about sending pictures and then sending it in for a replacement, but then I’m out usage of the machine and time. For the Levo 3 that your are likely working on, please use strong magnets instead of screws.

   I’ve owned my LEVOII for a little while now and use it quite often for infusing. I wanted to branch out and try new things. So I found what I wanted to do and go into the app to see what LEVO recommends for decarb instructions and basically what I should do. I understand apps update but this app has changed a lot. Where is the remote functionality? Seems like it’s not on the app anymore. Why are the recipes you recommend for oil infusion so vague? There used to be reviews about your recipe and other recipes from LEVO customers. I looked for another app thinking you created a new one and this was more of and outdated app of yours, I was shocked to find out that this app is actually up to date with my current os. I give it 3 stars because I saw vague times on what your infusing and the potency. However, please add back the quantity of the ingredients and instructions on what to do with those ingredients back to the recipe. I hope this makes sense, I’m not one to write reviews just a bit unsure of what happened.

3. 1/5Upset with lack of infusion features!

   When I got this as a Christmas gift, I set up the wifi and loved the infusion choices for plants, oils and butters. It made it easy to understand and correctly use the LEVO. I had the correct times and temperatures, now that feature is gone. I don’t know what to set it at and I can’t use my phone to remotely programmed it. I just convinced my sister to get one and I’m sorry I did that. I’m very unhappy that a feature that was so helpful is no longer available. Now I don’t know how to use this because there are no longer directions that I can find. The app as far as I’m concerned is just for YOUR Company to make more money on an expensive appliance that is useless to me and the expensive accessories that I’ve purchased. You need to fix this. This should never had been advertised as a smart appliance that was remotely controlled by phone with a wifi connection. At the very least you should be sending everyone who purchased a LEVO an additional instruction booklet or just fix the app. I’m telling my sister to cancel her order for the LEVOll and all the extras she purchased and try a different infuser.

   I used to love the app functionality, I own a Levo II. Never had an issue with connecting, always able to watch my infusions remotely. Easy to find recipes with comments and suggestions. I specifically bought the Levo II because of the WIFI functionality. Haven't used my Levo in a few months since a made a bunch of oils and butters last time. Pulled it out to stick back up and to my surprise the app updated. I couldn't connect to my Levo II, recipes are not as easy yo navigate and I didn't see comments and suggestions or ratings on the recipes I did find. The new look and layout of the app is like an online store, nothing like it was previously. I dint even use the app for my infusions this weekend. Connected support thinking maybe I missed something. Nope the response was that not enough people used the wifi function. Based on the comments I see on this app it looks like everyone that did is currently dissatisfied. So, unless their is some change in the functionality like bringing back the wifi or enhancing the recipes section i will be deleting it. No sense in cluttering up my phone and back ups for something so useless. Completely disappointed in the new app.

5. 1/5Your customers are telling you that you made a mistake!

   I spent $600 on your products recently. And owned the original LĒVO when it launched. I USED THE REMOTE FEATURE EVERYTIME! I received my LĒVO II yesterday. There is advertisement on the package and the machine itself(!) that reads “Download the free LĒVO app to program your infusion remotely!” I already had the app, so now I have an update with no way to program remotely and a STUPID explanation (copied below verbatim) for removing the remote infusion feature from its functionality. Seems like you’d figure out how to make it work without hindering other aspects, otherwise the design of the app itself is pure garbage. I’m contemplating on whether to return the machine. I don’t want to stand over it every minute. I want to see my saved settings from previous infusions. AND I want all the new features in the update included but with better performance. (The UI seems all over the place) For the amount you’re charging, this shouldn’t be an issue. Quit being lazy and get your dev team to think outside the box. Your customer base is telling you you’ve made a mistake. We’re asking ourselves why we have a new model machine with less features than the last. 🤔 “ The new LĒVO app does not include the discontinued LĒVO II remote infusion feature. As much as we fought to keep it, remote infusion is limited in functionality inherent to the hands-on nature of oil infusion and our extensive research showed it hindering other aspects of the app that we see as more valuable to our diverse customer base.”
