1/5This app is subscription software, at 70 dollars
You need to include the price of all monthly subscriptions in the info section in the app store, otherwise people will download it thinking it's free, and then get hit with a subscription page as soon as they open the app. Be forthcoming with how much your app costs. UPDATE: I see the developer response. Again, there is a “app information” section in which the develops have clearly personally written. It would take all but 10 minutes to add the subscription cost to this section, as many, many apps do. By intentionally hiding the fact that this app costs 70 dollars a month, you are tricking people into downloading it to inflate your statistics.

5/5I paid for a year, one suggestion.
As someone who uses a lot of Voice Memos, this is a great app. I like to hear myself talk about something before I get it out and then I can let the app make it much more legible and organized before I send. One feature that I would love to have added, would be the ability to use the artificial intelligence to search through all of my old notes for similar topics or keywords or whatever I decide.

Letterly is just amazing. I've been using it for maybe two months now on my Mac and my iPhone flawlessly. As someone who struggles with dyslexia, writing has always been a challenge, but Letterly really makes it fast and easy in the tone that I like for the type of conversation I'm having. Anyone who struggles with dyslexia or learning disabilities should seriously consider using Letterly and Speechify to make communicating via writing significantly easier. Thank you staff at Letterly. You guys are amazing and keep up the updates as you're doing good work on this project.

5/5In a whole different league
Why did it take me so long to find this fantastic app?! Stop fooling around with WhisprFlow or Willow or any of the other whispers and come straight to this app. The well-known apps cannot hold a candle to Letterly. The other apps can barely take dictation accurately. Letterly not only is very accurate, but also does a fantastic job formatting for you. I can dictate long rambling stream-of-consciousness thoughts into Letterly and have it come back well organized with subtitles and bullet points. But that’s not all. I have the immediate option to have it rewritten in a variety of pre-formatted voices or tones. Instead of subheads and bullet points, it can format it as a casual email or a top line summary or a detailed summary. It is unbelievable what you can do with this thing. I use it to dictate my thoughts when I’m on the go. Then it formats it for me and gives me something I can edit and work with and then drop into a GPT as a coherent prompt. Seriously – this is such a good app. Just get it.

I have had Letterly on my iPhone and MacBook Air for about a year now. I can’t say that I use it every single day, but it is my go-to app for recording audio for anything. It’s perfect if I just need the audio, a transcript, a summary, or any combination thereof. It is so easy to use and I love the user interface. With each iteration of new features, it makes it more and more valuable. Keep up the good work. I have very few apps that rise to “go-to” status and this is definitely on the short list.

Its AI prediction is superb. It delivers everything that it promises. For long passages it should offer section wise merger after transcription. It should also find a way to include brackets ( ) in the punctuation
