Simply by laughing along and breathing with Linda’s prompts - you get to feel as if you’ve taken a laughter yoga class or simply a laughter vacation. I initially listened to this app on a 2 hour bus ride which joyfully lead me to “ Destination Laughter “ Linda’s voice and narration makes for the perfect blend of a calm, caring and centered, presence- very guiding and grounded . I highly recommend this app for all Laughter Professionals and non professionals who want to reap the positive benefits and arrive at “ Destination Laughter “",
