1. 4/5Convenient Eyewear Shopping

   The Lenskart app makes finding the right glasses very simple and fun. I really like the 3D try on feature which helps me see how different frames look on my face before I buy them. The home eye test booking is also a very helpful service that saves a lot of time. While the shopping experience is great, I think the app could be even better with faster delivery tracking and more detailed order updates.

2. 2/5Bad Experience with Lenskart team

   I placed my order online using app but there was not email communication when mobile is not reachable. They did not even care to update my order on application showing where it is and why it is blocked. When I called after a week to check about my order and delivery, I realized they have put my order on hold for no reason, when I asked them what details you wanted the answer is that there was some technical glitch in system hence my order was not processed. When in the call my call got dropped off but no one from the Lenskart team cared to call me back. This is not the experience I am expecting from such inline stores. The order which got processed after my escalation will take 10 more days to deliver. Which world Lenskart is in, we are in digital age where transactions and orders are delivered super quickly, but this team looks very slow and bureaucratic. I don’t recommend Lenskart unless you are passionate about their 3D feature in the app which never worked for me even after 10 trials.

   Thanks to Lenskart to bring such a gift to people who needs power and sunglasses. Very conveniently designed app with huge variety or choices at unbeatable price. Iam customer of Lenskart from 2009 only because of their constant support from placing order to exchange till delivery. Their 3D view is one of the best feature.

4. 1/5Worst possible service/support

   I purchased two glasses at Greater Kailash II M-block New Delhi location on Jul 10 and they said they would ship it to an address that I could provide. They provided a WhatsApp number to which I was asked to provide the address which I did. No response to the WhatsApp message and no one picks up when called. Calling customer service leads to hours long wait on music and no one answers. Don’t ever go to Lenskart. Avoid Mr. Furhan who was my sales person - he has taken my 11 K and no glasses and no response

5. 1/5Poor customer care

   It is very difficult to reach out to Customer Care. There’s a toll-free number but it is useless. I have ordered two glasses and one went missing and not delivered. I called the customer care call toll free number, there is no option there to reach out to a human being. The only option left out is to chat with Customer Care agent through to the app. English language proficiency is required for that purpose. What about a common native speaker of any other official languages in India? Total disaster

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with Lenskart's customer support. I've been facing an issue with my Aqua Lens, but the support team has been completely unresponsive. They don't bother to properly check the problem or provide a solution. Every time I contact them, I either get no response or generic replies that don't help at all.

   you're unable to provide me my order, "you have given us the reason Eyeglasses have been stolen during delivery, that's why my order missed". it's your mistake. If I don't get all amount in the original mode of payment along with compensation, then I'll file a complaint in the consumer forum and escalate this case on social media. WORST EXPERIENCE. IT'S REALLY FRUSTRATING.
