   Been in the game just for the Love of the game for 10 years! Always played for fun but noticed that it was hard to keep the attention of everyone for 16, 17 weeks. Decided that this year would be my first year pushing the Cash Prize Leagues. After researching, felt like I needed to create a secure league- free from the scammers- that could be comfortable for all. LeagueSafe made it Super easy and simple. Created the account and instituted my 3 leagues under LeagueSafe in about 5 minutes. Let’s GO!

2. 1/5100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

   Customer service is trash, tried to request a change of email and they responded once then completely ignored my request form and marked it as “solved” then i had a problem with withdrawing my money and they didn’t respond till 1 hour later and did the same thing they did with my email request. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ they have no number to call and the ones that did pop up are out of service so you tell me do you trust a source like that ? Google LeagueSafe and lmk what you see and how many 1 star reviews they have. I also made a $15 pay in for my fantasy league and they charged me twice for it and i never got a refund

3. 1/5Be careful…fees and charges

   Unfortunately you need to be careful of fees. They will charge fees which are listed when paying (cost of business which is understandable…although higher than they should be). The frustration occurs on any money left in your account. The fees were high to take out the winning so I just decided to leave the money in with the assumption I would just pay the next year cost. BEWARE: they take out $25 a month if you leave it in there. Good luck trying to contact them. They have a dead link and state they don’t have an option to call. I finally found a link by searching on google (since there link takes you nowhere on the app/site). After submitting the inquiry, it says email can’t be sent. Quite the racket.

   The only way to add some levity to this dreadful scenario is to review in the style of Stefan. (Clasps hands over mouth). Hey, have you heard of LeagueSafe? It’s got everything you never wanted in a service: non-existent customer support, a refund process that's more convoluted than a soap opera plot, and a rigid approval system that makes you wonder if they’re auditioning for a role in a dystopian novel. Picture this: you need a refund, you reach out for help, and LeagueSafe’s response is basically a shrug and a “not my problem” look. It’s like they’re auditioning for a new reality show called “Can You Handle This Incompetence?” Spoiler alert: you can't. If you need a reliable platform to manage your league funds, skip LeagueSafe and save yourself the headache.

5. 1/5Don’t not use this app

   I don’t normally write reviews but this app which is power by fanball which is owned by sports hub games network produces the most unhelpful and overly complicated app with league safe. I’m pretty tech savvy but they got no true customer support but a bunch of articles on how to do this with out any real solutions to fix the problem. Never have I ever had a app log me out for no reason. I tried to login and it says my password is wrong then I proceed to forget password and put my email in and I receive a email that my account doesn’t exist. Here’s the kicker I’m the league owner and commissioner for my fantasy basketball league. I have proof I own the league and when I paid. Here I think I can simply get in touch with customer support and the website they have 24/7 around the clock support. That is a lie. In order to get someone’s attention I have to write a bad review to get a problem resolved and I should have to go through the headache over something as simple as a login with proof that I own the account. I don’t need to read an article that doesn’t help me regain my account. So until then I don’t recommend this app they don’t have customer service and the only known number you can call is their corporate office that will not be willing to fix the issue. Stay away from the app they will steal your money and that will be $600 stolen from a total of 12 people in the league if this isn’t resolved. Have a nice a day!
