"body": "I have subscribed each of the last two years only to be terribly disappointed. I thought I would be able to get live trials to watch, but that has not been the case at all. I cannot find any live trials. Whenever I try to go into my account, all I get is a message saying “verifying account.” It never says if my account is verified or not. Don’t waste your money on this, folks. Watch Court TV instead. Of course, they drag out the coverage and have a lot of ads, but at least you can see live trial coverage.",

"title": "Deceptive misleading poor content",
"body": "I joined with through an offer for a “free trial” so that I could view content. Upon joining, I went in and canceled the trial so that I would not accidentally pay the $3.99 monthly fee. When I proceeded to cancel, I was presented an offer of $1.99 a month for 3 months. Finding this reasonable, I accepted and opted not to cancel. Today, I sign in and see that my “free trial” has been removed and I’ve now been charged $3.99. Now I go back to cancel because I find this practice to be highly deceptive and misleading. AND I CANNOT. Instead, I get an error message. Further, the extent of the content is misleading when customers are browsing to determine if a subscription is worth it. It’s not worth it.",

"body": "Hi. I hate the playback expired thing, that doesn’t happen on any other app. I also wish the Picture in Picture thing becomes available on that app. And I want it to go back to where I left off not start over. But it does have cool shows.",

"body": "Love the network, but I DO NOT love this app. It's slow and glitchy and I expect more, especially if I'm paying for it. I appreciate this network working to fill the void left behind by Court TV. The trials are really great. I just hate that they take sooooooo many commercial breaks. They take more than regular television. This app needs some serious TLC, a total refresh, and redesign to make it more user friendly and attractive.",

"body": "Navigation is poor, you have to turn your tablet vertical before you see the navigation bar. When you create an account to sync content across devices, attempt to login on another device, ie Apple TV, you get “wrong password” error. When you try to reset password, you get “internal server error.” I love live courtroom coverage, but I refuse to pay a subscription to an app that is severely flawed. You would think you would get more from a service with the backing of A&E Networks. Fortunately there is CourtTV.",
