"body": "I started on labex.io but it isn’t very mobile friendly. (Keyboard doesn’t open when using terminal.) I downloaded the app but there is no VM pop up. The store page references the ability to use the VM but it’s nowhere to be seen in-app. Meanwhile my session timer continues counting down and the chat bot doesn’t seem to understand that it’s inside an app not on the main page because its answers are not relevant.",
