1/5Clothes are nice and everything but return/refund process is HORRIBLE
The clothes are good quality and everything but when I bought clothes for my daughter, I sized up 2-3 years but they were still small on her and when I tried to return/get a refund they kept trying to bargain with me. I said straight up that I based the sizing off the age given and even sized up but it still didn’t fit and they kept saying you can get a 10% refund when I paid full price and everything. They said they don’t do international returns and only offer refunds for international buyers. They finally agreed on a 60% refund on one of the suits but for the other one they wouldn’t budge and kept offering 10%. This whole process took like 3 days and the I paid about $150 on this whole order and I’m only getting about $25-30 back. The suits are a set price but for refunds I have to bargain??? Also shipping for this order was $40 🤬😒

I highly recommend Laam to everyone living in US or all over the world. Their prices are the best and material is great. Only one thing I would recommend Laam to have sleeves linings options. Most of us living in US are working women and it is a daunting task to find the dresses with sleeves linings in net/chiffon cloths. Many Muslim women wear hijab here and look for dresses with sleeve linings. Otherwise, their clothing is very modest but stylish. Keep up the good work Laam introducing our cultural clothing to overseas Pakistanis💐💕👏

Just wanted to put this out there that I love Laam app. I buy clothes all the time and never had any issues, I would highly encourage you to use the Laam App because it has worked really well for me. It’s out together really well. As a US based customer, sometimes I am uncertain about using Apps that are Pakistan based but Laam has given me that confidence. From adding things to your cart to paying is very convenient. Really pleased!! A Very pleased Lasm customer!

This was my first time shopping from Laam/Laam App. I tried this as a trial run. I both 1 outfit for each member of my family.. (my husband, my 2 little girls, my 11 month baby boy, and obviously myself) and I was left mouth droppingly surprised how everything was exactly how it was in description. Sizes were accurate too. The outfits are absolutely stunning. And delivery was within the dates it was said to be delivered. Prices are very reasonable as well.

dont ever use this app overpriced clothes the delivery came 1 week after the decided date and they did not inform me that i have to pay custom tax and when the delivery man came he suddenly asked me for money saying that it is for tax and then when i contacted the customers service they r saying that they did inform that i have to pay tax when they did not and lousy customer service it took them 20 min to respond to my queries dont ever use this app very poor customer service

          "body": "The clothes are good quality and everything but when I bought clothes for my daughter, I sized up 2-3 years but they were still small on her and when I tried to return/get a refund they kept trying to bargain with me. I said straight up that I based the sizing off the age given and even sized up but it still didn’t fit and they kept saying you can get a 10% refund when I paid full price and everything. They said they don’t do international returns and only offer refunds for international buyers. They finally agreed on a 60% refund on one of the suits but for the other one they wouldn’t budge and kept offering 10%. This whole process took like 3 days and the I paid about $150 on this whole order and I’m only getting about $25-30 back. The suits are a set price but for refunds I have to bargain??? Also shipping for this order was $40 🤬😒",

Only one thing I would recommend Laam to have sleeves linings options. Most of us living in US are working women and it is a daunting task to find the dresses with sleeves linings in net/chiffon cloths. Many Muslim women wear hijab here and look for dresses with sleeve linings. Otherwise, their clothing is very modest but stylish. Keep up the good work Laam introducing our cultural clothing to overseas Pakistanis💐💕👏",
