1. 5/5Apple Pay Glitch

   It wouldn't let me pay, no matter how many of my Apple Pay settings I changed. I also tried changing my order, tip amount, email, just about everything, and I still couldn't pay. I even deleted the app and redownloaded, and got new reasons I couldn't pay every time I tried. I still love La La Land, but this was seriously annoying.

2. 1/5Literally the slowest app to ever exist + inaccurate ready times

   I’m not even sure why I continue app-ordering when it takes almost 30 minutes just to wait for each screen to load. I even use the “reorder” feature and I’m stuck on the payment page forever and a day. Then, the app will tell me it’ll be ready in 10-15 minutes and I’m often waiting 30 minutes for my drink. It’s really not that hard to adjust the ready time based on the volume of drinks in the queue. This app has been available for how long? And it’s still not very usable?? Extremely disappointing for a constantly expanding and therefore successful coffee shop.

3. 5/5Kala Land is Wonderful!

   I have been going to LaLa since before their grand opening. I stood outside in the heat before and on the day of the grand opening and it was worth it. I have since been going with my daughter, who lives here in Nashville and who I am visiting for the summer. We go a few times a week and always enjoy the sweet employees, the pretty yellow atmosphere and watching the people who are visiting 12 South. On one occasion we had a lot of drinks and while we were walking to Bar Taco, our drink carrier split apart. We went back to replace our drinks and they were so kind and gave us free replacements! I love how you can specialize your order when ordering online and it’s so easy to just check a time and your order will be ready. I plan to go to LaLa Land every time I come to Nashville!

4. 3/5Why do drinks just stop working on your app

   I enjoy going to La La, but this app is literally so buggy. Not even 2 weeks ago the lala latte was missing for a week plus until someone fixed it— now not even a few weeks later your regular latte won’t let me select it? The lines get so long so it’s not really worth going in person most of the time without an order ahead. just thought I’d let yall know so you can maybe fix it quicker this time.

5. 2/5Not an improvement

   This new app is NOT an improvement over the previous app. More steps to order your drink and then it does not save previous orders so every time you have to go through all the steps again. The old version would update on the progress of your order, so you knew when it was ready. Now it gives you an estimated time which is almost always wrong. Twice I have placed an order & was given an estimate of 20+minutes, in both cases my drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Luckily, I checked otherwise my drink would have been sitting for over 10 minutes. You can sign up for text/email updates, but then you are agreeing to get promos as well. So much more convenient to get the update in the app
