5/5Very good future budget planner
I really like this app. I used to use another app but it didn’t really sync between devices and I could only add one account. I like that I can budget for any account like credit cards too or savings. I also like the categories and how you can have subcategories like a food category and also a groceries and restaurant subcategory individually. Helps keep everything really organized. It would be nice if I could do a recurring purchase for like every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc instead of having to make recurring weekly purchases individually but that’s not too big of a deal. The only real negative is it’s sometimes slow when I first load up the app and when I go in to confirm recurring purchases have hit my account. It does it on my iPad mini and my iPhone 13 so I don’t think it’s my devices. It would be nice if it was a little more seamless but it doesn’t bother me that much. Hopefully they fix that but really good app if you can get past that! And worth the $5 a month to me. 🙂 **UPDATE** It does look like the app is more seamless and faster now. Idk if it was on their end or maybe my internet at the time but changing my review from 4 to 5. Definitely worth the $5 a month. Thank you all for creating my dream budgeting app!!! I’ve been looking for something like this for years! 😍❤️

5/5Perfection
I have tried many different apps to keep up with our accounts. I quit looking a few years ago when I found this one! This app is simple and easy to use. I love the fact that it will forecast my balances so I can quickly see if my income will cover my projected expenses! And it is a great benefit to have it across my devices always synchronized. It is seamless and does the job nicely.

5/5Pays for Itself
Pros: Pays for itself because it prevents overdraft fees, saves time, and highlights expenses I don't need. The learning curve is short and the app is easy to use. Once you put in the effort of entering your income and expenses, the ongoing work is basically zero. Keeps me disciplined, helps me avoid living beyond my means, and makes it easier to save for emergencies instead of spending on luxuries. It even motivates me to work overtime because it clearly shows when my balance will go negative if income and spending stay the same. Cons: The balance adjustment feature doesn't let me adjust the balance for today specifically. For example, if today is November 25 and my real checking balance is $200, the app adjusts the entire Nov 23-29 range instead of only today. A single-day balance adjustment option would make forecasting even more accurate.

5/5Easy and effective
I have used Kualto for years now. It is easy to use and keeps me from accidental overdraft. I have many cards (this one for this, that one for that) and Kualto helps me remember which items I need to pay manually and automatically schedules the ones that recur. I’d love more consistent updates and added features, but I’m super happy with it.

5/5Does what it says.
I purchased this on the pc and it’s great so far. Straight forward in adding new categories and then adding in what you do. It’s more like a tracker and not a budget app. Keep that in mind. Not been using long enough though to see how well it plans out my future expenses though. Maybe two months since the writing of this. I like it better than your typical budgeting software though.

1.18
Sub categories are now supported (up to 2 levels down). This means for example, you can have a Food category, and a Restaurants category below it. In the category report, you will see the total for both the more specific category, as well as the total for the parent category. Some users said they were using more generic categories for some of their repeating transactions (for example, "Entertainment"), and they wanted to be able to distinguish between some of these repeating transactions. The way to do that now is to create more specific categories (for example, "Movies"), and choose the "Entertainment" category as the "parent" category. This creates the relationship between the two. The "child" category can also have its own "children" categories. We also improved the category report transactions page so that you can see part of the comment for each transaction without having to touch it (same for the transfer report transactions page).

2.0.0
- New Cashflow screen look! - You can now see all the ending balance information (including the 'cleared' balance) for each individual day. - You can now add a balance adjustment after an individual day, as opposed to having to do it for the entire week. - You can now add notes to Repeating transactions. Those notes will end up as the default note for all individual transaction instances. - A calendar is now used to select dates, so you can see what day of the week your date falls on. - A new "default to Scheduled status" option has been added to Repeating transactions. - In the 'Transactions' and 'Category Report' screens, you can now select more than one account. A "long press" unselects all the "other" accounts. A double tap on an account will cause all of the accounts to be checked/selected.
