   I remember watching channel 4 - Sioux City for years!! Growing up on a sac county farm where the the weather was very important per my Dad a farmer! And as the years have gone by I still watch channel 4!! Love it! For over 50 years!! Thank you all!

   Why when seeing the news cast or the weather map you provide that you never… seldom EVER show the locations of the highs and lows??? Never the fronts equated with the highs and lows nor the fact that sometimes they are stationary. Weather forecasting 101. It SHOWS ten times more than the guessing radar for LONGER TERM forecasting. I’ve never never never heard one person say the “dew point” is high nor “low today”. Junk that for the common good known as humidity. Frankly dew point is a confusing scientific meter logical term that sort of makes weather people appear arrogant and if you ask the person on the street, “What is the meaning of dew point”? You get crickets or deer in the headlights staring out into space. Lastly how many viewers percentage wise have friends or family on the east and west coast? I’ll suggest it is high. SOOOOO why don’t we see a national map instead of a 200 mile wide or the 600 mile wide view only? Or so, so many times? And last to lastly don’t tell me there isn’t enough time because in each hour weather is likely given four times. Yes weather is important but if you listen to each forecast in each segment the same stuff you put out is said two to three times. Follow my above suggestions, be true leaders in the field, use your technical skills and computers but don’t give up time tested accuracy and nothing wrong with a little simplicity. Thank you for this opportunity. I’ve tried a long time to get these time tested techniques requested of Chanel 4 but perhaps only once out of a half dozen did I at least get a “canned “ thank you.    I do love my local channel you guys. Maybe I’m wanting to harp on my phone WiFi or cell service. Not you guys??? But my map seems to be behind or not load properly.. could be data on my phone clogged. Not sure. But it legs or buffers. But if those things could be bugged away… then dreamy! Any ideas for low income ladie like me to get this app? Reason phones with life saving apps could be a “needed” item for some. We like to stay informed as well. I also have rare medical diagnosis and require emergency injections. I like to gather ahead a time those supplies and weather predictions assist in making sure I have my ducks in a row. Not a perfect row but close. 😜🥰

4. 4/5Sometimes too much

   I hear the thunder. Then they notify me that lightning has been detected in my area. Which is fine. But not more than once in a short amount of time. And then heavy rain in my area. And watching radar tracking I can see it is slipping around me again. So maybe 2 miles away there is a downpour but it turns out I’m not going to see a drop from it.

   The app is fine. But you get a notification that there is dangerous weather near your location, so you open the app and have to watch a 45second ad before hearing what might be your “life saving alert” as they describe it. And hope a tornados doesn’t kill you before the ads do. And most of the ads are from con artists trying to steal elderly peoples bank information with casino apps.
