"body": "Please fix your app so I can watch the news and weather. It only plays the news a 10th of the time and when it does come on, it starts at the weather. This doesn’t even work well on the website. The only time it was perfect was this last summer when you left it on live for 2 days accidently because of tornado warnings. What good is this if you can’t watch live. Please fix it. Started working good but you did something while reporting storms 2 days ago & does not work again.",

"body": "I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my device, making sure it’s always up to date and even force it close and reopen to refresh the app. Even with all of this I continue to have constant issues with the screen freezing within all areas of the app while trying to scroll to see the complete information/details. I do not have this same experience in our other local news coverage app and unfortunately have had to rely on them since I keep having issues with this one.",

"body": "I love KSNT news & this app, with the huge exception that it freezes up when I try to read the breaking news. It’s so frustrating. I thought it was my older phone, but with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the articles freeze up, too & it happens on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times in a day. I swipe & remove the old pages daily, but it still freezes. I wish they would get it fixed, but if not soon, I’m ready to change to a different app. Beware.",

"body": "I really like this app and its features but I crashes almost every time I open it! It’s REALLY frustrating. The KSNT weather app does the SAME THING. I’ve tried troubleshooting, with no avail. I just want it to work. This app would get five stars if a) they fix the crashing b) more accessible live stream and previous streams c) IT NEEDS CAPTIONS",
