1/5Temperatures never in line with the stations, actual weather forecast
KSBY Weather is quite good. On it they are constantly recommending their app. However, the app has temperatures that are rarely in line with those given during the nightly forecast. Worse still, in the evening, in the evening the only weather forecast video available in the app is the one from the morning, which is, in effect, for the day that just passed and so is useless. I don’t know if it is the person maintaining the app or what it is, but this is definitely much worse than their broadcast weather.

More accurate than other apps, lately it keeps trying to show videos instead of just letting me see the forecast. It’s snowing right now and doesn’t show it. Wish it would accurately tell me recent precipitation

2/5Pop up ads make it useless!
This used to be a good app for seeing weather conditions in SLO county and all over California, but now every time I use it a pop up ad covers the entire screen and I can’t get rid of it and have to close the app. I’m just going to delete this app. KSBY only cares about making money not providing weather information to SLO county.

2/5Buggy all of a sudden?
Something with the last update made the app fail to load at times. It will hang on the splash page for minutes and never move to the main app. Or, it will get stuck with th default blue background and never load any data. It’s weird. I’ll be happy to update my review once this is resolved. The app was wonderful before...

4/5Freezes at Dave's photo
In the last couple weeks (end of Dec), app fails to connect every day or two. Photo opens and then stalls. Have to delete and reload, sometimes twice a day. When it works, it's a great app with excellent info and maps, including a predictive map. Hope the bug gets fixed.
