I love this app. Only used it twice so far but the interface is clean, simple and easy to follow. And ordering from the restaurants is easy as well. I also love that you can track your food and you can track your driver, and that the drivers are always in contact to let you know when they’re leaving, how far they are or when they’ve arrived. The two times, they have been so professional. And I really appreciate how the drivers and their cars are branded as well. This is definitely my favorite Bahamian food delivery service.

5/5Very professional and well done
Food service apps are not an easy feat in the Bahamas. There is a lot of room for error. Fortunately, Kraven has been able to dodge most of these and present a fantastic, user-friendly alternative to take out ordering. It is well worth the hype and deserves recognition. If you’re unsure, give it a go regardless. Remember that if there are any issues with an order, chances are it is the restaurant - and not Kraven’s - fault.

1/5Unable to place order on App
My husband and I have tried multiple times to place our order and it won’t let us get past through to pay and place the order. We both tried deleting and downloading the all multiple times and still the same problem continues. Once you click on place the order it takes you to the next screen but the screen looks like the size exceeds the app requirements. You can’t see the action button to continue. My husband finally used the iPad and was able to complete the order. I have photos of how the screen looked but I am unable to attach it.

What sense does it make to have so many drivers, but still have to wait an hour for your food? Why am I ordering from a location closest to me and the driver goes 30 minutes away from the location Everytime!!! After picking up the food!!!?? For the price to be so expensive for delivery this company is absolutely working backwards. The food is almost always cold. And the operation is just so slow because of the backward minds that people tend to work with. Every order I almost have to ask for a refund which is almost impossible because it’s so hard to get in contact with someone

5/5Amazing App - Amazing Support.
I have been using this app for a couple of years now and found it to be fantastic. A couple of times I needed help or support it was first class. I highly recommend it.
