Adding Apple Pay would be a big incentive to use this app. No one wants their credit card in yet another database. I would feel much more secure using Apple Pay.

5/5Easiest bill pay set up, EVER!
This app was easy to install, pay your bill, report outages and even track your power usage…all with a simple click! Didn’t know bill paying could be so easy 😀

4/5Fixed my problem
I initially could not create the acct. I was getting an error for incorrect info. I was emailed a number to use in place of the SS # that was not on file and the issue was resolved. I created my acct and like that I will be able to track usage. Thank you!

4/5Improvements since update
In using the app, the platform seems more stable, since recent updates are bug fixes. The menus are well organized and easy to navigate snd the interface is very intuitive. Great improvements.

1/5Unbearably slow
The app, the mobile web page and the standard web page all load unbelievably slow. Like set the phone down and go for a 20 min walk, come back and your account might be up and ready to view. Please fix this across all platforms.
