   Do you use Instagram? If so you've used the official Kixify app. That is by no means a bad thing. If it works and is seamless, why not? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery as they say. That aside, this app is extremely user friendly and might I say almost addictive, if you love shoes that is. It's a virtual sneaker shop that can be endlessly configured to your liking. Looking for Deadstock only? How about lightly worn? Maybe fixer uppers? It's all here. As a buyer it's simple as can be, and as a seller I can manage my orders and messages with ease. May I suggest adding some more metric features for sellers within the app that are present on the web version? That and the fact that the add picture function in the messenger section has never appeared to work. Small fixes but a great user experience and reliable and fully authentic service.

2. 1/5Potential Scams / Lack of Customer Protection

   I’ve used Kixify for about 4 years now and it was legit for the transactions I had in the past. I eventually began using StockX more because they have a higher chance of having the shoes I want, despite the high prices. Because of StockX’s high prices, I went back to Kixify to find a better deal & was scammed out of my money. I purchased a pair of AJ1s and the reseller’s order under my account denied me access to the order details and tracking information. I reached out to the reseller, who refused to give me the tracking information directly & I reached out to Kixify’s customer service & never heard back from them. I no longer trust Kixify nor believe them to be a legitimate platform to buy and resell sneakers. Kixify says they offer customer protection, but in reality they don’t. It’s not like StockX where they authenticate the products before delivering them to you. Kixify has zero protection for their buyers against fraudulent resellers. If you’re looking for a safe way to enjoy your hunt for DS shoes, don’t use Kixify. StockX may be high, but you get what you pay for. Quality over quantity.

3. 5/5Needs a serious update

   I tried to create a listing on the app and it kept telling me please select category and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what wasn’t selected. So I go to website directly on my browser and that’s when I saw that there were a lot of items that needed to be filled out that wasn’t on the app such as product brand (Jordan, Yeezy, UA etc), size, stock, and uploading pics. Please review your app to see what I’m talking about because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one having this issue

4. 1/5The Absolute WORSE!!!!

   First time using this app. I was directed to purchase a pair of sneakers I seen on Kicks On Fire to this app. I set up a account and purchased a pair Nike air Max’s. The cost was $264. I received email confirmation that my purchase went thru and was waiting for a tracking number. After nine days of waiting for it and after one email I sent to the seller was unresponsive I emailed the app Kixify and explained the situation. They emailed me back almost immediately saying that they suspended the sellers account due to fraudulent activities and for me to click the link they sent me and begin a dispute. Although wary I did so. It directed me to PayPal to submit a dispute or claim because I originally purchased the sneakers thru my PayPal account. I started it and then PayPal wanted proof of my messages to the seller which I did through the Kixify app. I went back to the app and there was no proof of my messages. Not only that but thru some hack job of this seller my apoyo al account showed the sneaker had a tracking number, and had been sent and delivered and signed to my house. All of which was fake false and fraudulent. So obviously I can’t submit a PayPal dispute. I emailed Kixify again and explained to them what was going on and that I should not be responsible for chasing payment for a fraudulent seller they represented on there platform and I got crickets. Not one single response back. My problem is that they should chase down the guy and have them pay them not me. I used there platform to purchase something and they were representing a fraudulent seller. Furthermore it was almost as of the app knew this person was a fraud because they emailed me a response almost immediately after I emailed them with a complaint. Why wouldn’t they reach out to all of the fraudulent sellers customers and notify them when they find out? It’s just all the way around the board unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this app to no one!!! Run as fast as you can !!!!

5. 1/5Beware- fake shoes

   Spent $499 on a pair for sneakers through kixify. 9 Months later, I tried selling them on GOAT and was told they weren't authentic. I reached out to kixify and they were no help. They kept referring me to Paypal for a refund. Since Paypal only covers up to 180 days, I'm out of luck. BEWARE- the site claims guarantee from Paypal, this is basically Paypal's universal coverage, whether you buy through Ebay or other sites. This company DOES NOT back their products. If anything goes wrong, you will need to go through Paypal for any recourse. If you absolutely need to use their site for a purchase, I highly recommend getting a 3rd party to authenticate the sneakers upon receipt. Remember, just because your buying through Kixify, it doesn't mean the product has been authenticated by the company. They simply facilitates the transaction, takes the fee and runs with it.
