1. 2/5Good for chatting, not for meeting irl

   Pretty good app if you just want to chat with other people and nothing more but don’t expect to actually meet anyone from here in the real world, especially because almost no one around me uses this. Most users have their location disabled anyway so you can’t even tell where they are relative to you and I’ve gotten so many DMs from people both without a location as well as specifically from Nigeria for some reason that I can only assume most of them are bots. There’s also no option to delete your account within the app itself so you have to email their support team and hope they respond to you, which they still haven’t for me yet. I don’t understand why companies do this...

2. 1/5Absolute Garbage

   This app is absolutely nothing. It’s glitchy as can be, and I’m not entirely convinced that there’s even a single real person on it. Often times if I receive a message, it just disappears, and then I close the app and restart it, and then more of my chats disappear, and more and more continue to disappear each subsequent time I open and close the app. Occasionally if I wait long enough, it may repopulate my chat, and by long enough I mean several hours at least. I also often get multiple notifications for things that have only happened once, and sometimes those notifications disappear too. The worst part is the people on the app though, or rather, the lack thereof. I keep getting tons and tons of messages from people who are clearly scam artists and/or bots to the point that it is absolutely ridiculous. Based on the response to me reporting them as well, it’s clear that there is no actual significant moderation going on, and it is absolutely absurd. I get 5-10 messages a day from scammers. It’s positively ludicrous. If you are fortunate enough to see this message, don’t get it. The positive reviews are most likely fake. I realize it looks promising with the amount of reviews it has, but it appears as though they exist in such high numbers purely to drown out the app’s critics. Please do not download this.

   The application has potential. It is reasonably priced compared to similar applications, and I like that you can search by the kinks. However, there are not enough people on the application, so you keep seeing the same people. You also can’t swipe or pass or get rid of anyone, to stop seeing them. The badge notifications don’t go away for views unless you view them back — many times even then. The application also is lacking security/anonymity on one’s own phone - does not require a passcode, fingerprint, or face id to open, like similar applications require. In addition, the alerts come up with the application name, Kink.

4. 1/5Don’t waste your time or money

   No actual users; all the women are trying to sell something (pictures, phone sessions, etc). None of the users that view or favorite your profile actually match what you’re looking for. There’s no real filtering capability; you can pick a group (i.e., gay, bisexual, etc) or a kink, and arrange them by distance (except you’ll find that the distances are wrong because the “users” have either disabled their location or lied). None of these options will net you a genuine person. I think there’s a lot of fake reviews.

5. 1/5Phishing, escorts, and animal gen***ls OH MY!

   My experience on here as a Woman has been insanely disturbing honestly. There are fake profiles who hide their locations and phish for women’s information, I’ve no idea who falls for it, but there’s no way to report a profile or its images. I have a beautiful screenshot of a man whose profile picture has a monkey penis in front of his mouth and that can’t be reported. It seems like Women only use it to solicit money from men. I saw one profile whose profile name was literally just “Esc0rt.” Honestly it’s just a gross app.
