1. 4/5Overall works well with annoying kinks

   Overall, I like the app. It lets me set limits and block when needed. It does what’s needed to be done. However, it’s super slow and doesn’t update in a timely manner. Customer service is essentially non existent, and you’re trying to troubleshoot on your own. It will say you can’t do something because you need to update, but when you update it still won’t allow you to do certain tasks. They need better customer service and to update to a better version of the app.

   I advise caution when using this app as it may not always be compatible. Despite multiple attempts, I found that it was not suitable for my needs, leading to wasted time. I subscribed to the service for less than an hour and I Immediately canceled the subscription after encountering difficulties in obtaining a refund. To my dismay, the subscription was somehow renewed on my phone shortly after I had canceled it, resulting in an additional charge. It would be more equitable if users were allowed a 24-hour window to cancel a subscription, especially if they encounter compatibility issues. I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding in this matter and feel it's unjust to have spent $120 on an app that I cannot use. Customer service was terrible and made no accommodations however, I’m going to speak to legal and see if something can be done to get my refund. It's simply unfair.

3. 1/5No advertised features available for iPhone

   This app can’t do anything that is advertised that it can do. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my son’s phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max as well. I went thru the whole install process for both mine and my son’s phone, and once completed, the only thing I could select was a general age range of web searches to block 18+ websites, and turn on location. This app does NOT allow you to set up time limits for anything, it does NOT allow you to block certain apps, it does NOT allow you to restrict specific sites, and it does NOT allow you to “send tasks” to your kids.. and on and on… none of the features that convinced me to download this app were even available and present within the app when I downloaded it…… good thing I did the free trial so I could cancel it immediately and delete this garbage app from my phone and my son’s phone…

4. 1/5Do yourself a favor. Find a better app.

   Just like others, this app works when it wants to. I have two kids on the app. Each profile is completely different. One allows me to block certain apps, see what he is viewing, & app duration. But he’s allowed to view TikTok & search browsers. There’s no way for me to block this for some reason. My other kids profile doesn’t let me control anything, unlike the other kids profile. It just lets me block & unblock his phone. So if he meets his hour for the day non of his apps work, I mean non of them. It doesn’t allow me to do anything on his profile. I can’t limit specific apps, block, or allow. It’s really ridiculous. I paid $80 for this?! Save your money. I also tried to reach out to the chat assistants. They give you helpful articles that don’t pertain to anything you’re asking about. You are clearly speaking to a robot.

5. 1/5BIG SCAM DOESN’T WORK

   I downloaded the app because it had options like setting tasks to complete or being able to see what they watched on the internet, I'm not interested in the rest because the iPhone offers it for free in "settings" - "screen time". This app has nothing of what it offers, only the basics appear, blocking apps (which also doesn't work correctly, you can enter many apps that are supposed to be blocked), the options they sell to set tasks or see what they watch are not there, there is no way to contact an agent, through the chat they tell you to wait more than 3 hours and when you finally respond they leave you on read and don't respond (obviously I have the screenshots of all that) it's not worth it, call Apple and they will tell you how to do it completely free, much better and more effective.

   No longer works as it should. The time limits all got changed without me changing them and now when I try to change it back, it won't work properly. It also does not save all of the YouTube history. Beyond frustrating

   ★☆☆☆☆ I have been a paying customer, but since the end of June the app has become unreliable. Screen time doesn't work correctly, permissions fail, and I can't even remove the app from my children's phones. I contacted support, explained everything, and their only solution was to tell me how to cancel my subscription. That's not technical support. Parents deserve a working app and real assistance not generic replies.

   Absolute nonsense. If your child doesn't have access to the app store then this is useless and a waste of your time. If you try to ask for help, you are directed to a chat bot and your issue will not be resolved.
