   By far the best quality food and service of most online delivery in uae. I have been using most of the large chain Hypermarket’s, and this by far beats them all. And here are few reasons why: - fresh produce with amazing quality and taste without breaking the bank. The only delivery I have used of which I do not need to worry about anything coming that is not usable instantly and of best quality. - price Vs quality check - you pay for what gets delivered only ( a huge problem I faced with Hypermarket’s delivery derive is that they would charge my card before the delivery and soooooo many times they have to return money to my card cause some item/s is out of stock. - huge variety of organic produce and products - not your typical Hypermarket list of products and that actually works of advantage. I totally enjoy having 2 brands of let’s say olive oil that are great . Compared to other services where you have 30 and the good ones get to be buried away from user in favor of pushing cheaper “promo” product. - their delivery boxes are just amazing cardboard that keeps everything in place and NOO PLASTIC. I just wish those huge boxes can be reused or returned to Kibsons. Thank you guys for amazing service we hope you keep up the good quality and we promise to doing our part of spreading the good word.

   I have been consistently impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Kibsons supermarket. Their dedication to going above and beyond, especially when mistakes occur, is truly commendable. On the rare occasion when a delivery is late, they handle the situation with professionalism and very sweet gestures, ensuring customer satisfaction. Moreover, the quality of their produce is unmatched. Every item I receive is consistently fresh and well-packed, demonstrating their commitment to providing the best for their customers. From fruits and vegetables to pantry staples, Kibsons maintains a high standard of quality across their products. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with my experiences at Kibsons supermarket. Their outstanding customer service and top-notch produce have made them my go-to choice for grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

3. 5/5Excellent, just needs filter for favorite

   Been with Kibson for almost a year, excellent service Pros: 1-best app for groceries in UAE ( compared to Carrefour or Lulu app) 2-accepts non GCC credit cards 3-accepts Apple Pay 4-very smooth, responsive and doesn’t crash on me 5-service Execellent ( delivery, freshness of product, and taste, punctual arrival, smart and polite drivers , they even pick up your empty Kibson boxes for recycling) Cons: Really none for me except that the favorites list will list all product many will be not available due to seasonal availability. Please add filter so non available products do not appear in my list because now these items make the favorite list very crowded

4. 1/5I Can’t Abide Liars

   I’m good if they need to take a couple days to deliver. But when you give a date with a 4 hour window, then a phone call at the end of that window promises the delivery within an hour, then after that hour passes they promise 20 minute, then they stop answering their phone... They’re unreliable. And when you’re dealing with fresh produce and meat, unreliable just doesn’t cut it. I’ve have good orders with Kibsons where they delivered on time as promised. But the couple I’ve had where delivery is a gamble - you’re looking at a 50% chance of them delivering what they say they will WHEN they say the will. That’s not a 5-star service.

5. 1/5Quality has gone down awfully

   My recent purchases always turn out with either spoiled or completely raw items. Unfortunately they seem to get away with it, as no one has time to select their needs on picking items and then sitting down again on the app to make complaints etc. i got spoiled celery and raw tomatoes and funny enough when complained apart from picture, email etc they asked me we will refund but you have to return the spoiled items 😅 they are unbelievably out of customer service. We are done with kibsons
