"body": "The app used to be great; very useful and easy to use. However, within the last week or so the app has been performing poorly. Rarely loads and often shows an error message. Trying to submit a request for app support has been frustrating as it tries to go to the website, which also has been acting up. When it works, it’s great, but when it doesn’t I can’t access my card digitally, can’t check to see what I have out, and can’t check when things are due.",
