I am so grateful for this app. I was sporadically checking prices on a bigger ticket item for Christmas. I thought I got the lowest it would go and forgot I still had this alert going. I woke up to an alert it dropped to an all time low and immediately grabbed it again. Hours later it was back to beyond full price. So pleased this app really works.

If I can give it negative stars, I would. I had been getting charged for the monthly subscription, and emailed them about cancelling it cause I wasn’t aware on how to do so, and when I emailed, I had not gotten an answer in weeks, and got charged again for that month. When I made a new email thread, they had finally answered me and said they weren’t able to process the refund cause one of goes through, they can’t give the money back. I told them it’s not my fault I got charged and showed them screenshots of me emailing them asking how to cancel, and they are claiming that they never received that email. After me getting back with them at least 3 more times, they just IGNORE MY EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER ME ANYMORE. THIS APP IS FRAUD AND IM LETTING YOU KNOW ASAP BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU!!!

A dotted line called “Desired Price” has appeared on my charts. I do not want to see this line in my app, and there are no visible options to disable or remove it. This feature is useless — it doesn’t reflect real prices or provide any analytical value. I already sent you a message about this issue three or four days ago, but no one has replied. It’s also very difficult to find a direct way to contact support — there are no clear links or instructions for communication. Please explain how to remove the “Desired Price” line and make your support contact information more accessible.

Keepa is definitely a game-changer! I like seeing the past trends and see it becoming a key budgeting tool. I love this app! One issue, the app can’t sense what is a scroll and what is a selection, so it decides every touch is a selection. That’s super annoying. However, eventually I get the price info I’m looking for and for the time being, can’t get elsewhere, so I’ll continue to use it👍🏼

UNACCEPTABLE NOTIFICATION DELAYS! Because of critical design flaws in the app, and human failure, Keepa does not notify Amazon customers the price on a particular item has gone below the customer's desired price point, until an hour or more elapses after the price reduction. And because more than 90% of Amazon's algorithm-driven price reductions last less than 1 hour, that means Keepa works less than 10% of the time. Fire the moron who is responsible, and hire someone who knows what he is doing!

Since the app now charges a monthly subscription, it no longer works for free as it used to. I'm going back and use the CamelCamel app as at least it remains free of charge.

The app was decent at doing what it did for quite a while. But, almost all the items I thought had been being tracked dissappeared from my tracking. I opened it this morning to find only 4 items were still being tracked... No easy way to readd them. It isn't that my phone deleted the data. So, I had been trusting the app to notify me, and as far as I know, I missed a lot of items. I bet this cost me A TON on staple good savings during Prime Day!!! I am not at all happy.
