   This business needs to be shutdown asap. They have random people (or bots! ) talking to users through a messenger while withdrawing large amounts of money from their credit cards (you have to submit a card, and during the conversation they keep charging the user a certain amount per minute). Fake profiles of “psychics” state that each one of them performed 10-20 thousands of 5 star rated readings in this app - thousands of amazing “reviews”. Like in a social network, there is a chat option with all these “psychics” who copy paste some generic messages in the chat while the user’s money is being taken from their card. Obviously, these people (if there are actual humans on the other side), very typically for con artists, don’t see customer’s present or past - they are just “future tellers” who throw meaningless ambiguous phrases commenting on someone’s future. They say things like “let me check on your connection with your loved one”, “I see that there is certain energy that is blocking you” “things will settle down” “don’t worry” etc This business makes money off people’s vulnerabilities and emotional pain, connected to their love lives, particularly women who keep hopes that their dreams about love and relationships will come true. What a disgrace. Shame on them.

   Do not trust these psychics! I talked to one who I thought I could trust because she was very accurate with my predictions at first, but then she casted spells on me which basically ruined my life. I asked her questions about my boyfriend and I, who were very much in love and had 0 problems in our relationship. She told me only positive things for our future. The next day my boyfriend calls me and we are having a great conversation, and literally out of no where he says “we need to break up” and that was the end of it. So I go back to her and tell her and she says “oh my dear I am so shocked.” Lol no you aren’t because YOU DID THIS. So I end up consulting another psychic to see what went wrong and if we would get back together, and this psychic says this “I see that there is someone who has broken you both due to jealousy, and she did this by casting spells and sending evil energy.” I put my trust into this app and was let down and the love of my life was taken from me. We are improving and seems like we may eventually get back together, but I advise you to stay away because if they see positive things coming your way, they will do something to change it so that you continue to go back to them and they can make money. I lost 15 pounds (and I was only 135 to begin with) and I’m only 22 years old. I did not deserve to be put through this, but I believe that karma will eventually come around. I would hate to see someone else have to go through what I went through. Very horrible experience and really ruined my life.

   Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this app. I’ve had a few problems and they were supposed to credit my account which I don’t think ever happened, but for the most part I feel like this is really legit. There are some issues as far as typing and what not but the psychics on this app have been a saving grace for me. There has only been one psychic that I wasn’t happy with. I just met a new person in my life that *fingers crossed* things work out with. I did a little test and I spoke with four different psychics, they all told me very similar things. I really do believe what they are saying. A couple of months ago I spoke to a really good psychic who told me, by date, that my ex-boyfriend would contact me and he did. They are really good at putting your mind at ease no matter what the issue. They offer great advice. I will continue to use this app in the future, and no I am not a bot LOL I just read a review saying all of the five star reviews are bots. Not the case at all. If you are worried about anything in your life, this is the place to go.

4. 1/5Don’t bother with these fakes

   I’ll be the one of the legit one here and tell u to steer clear of this site all together. I can’t tell you how horrible this company is and the illegitimate people they have working on it. Inaccurate beyond hell, rude when you leave them anything less than 4 stars I had several email me complaining about a low rating, and worst of all Inaccurate! Sorry but you’re gift is to have insight and prediction of the future and yet nearly all of your advisors can’t make one correct prediction and this is not a opinion, it’s a fact. I used this service over a year and none could actually predict anything. Save your money because you’ll gain no real help here. And the reviews on advisors profiles are bots if that wasn’t clear to sell their “illegitimacy “. There’s none here . Plus the charges are outrageous , some advisors go for 40 dollars a minute and others will not read for you until the 3 minutes passes. Great business practices right there. Advisors also have hounded me repeatedly to go read with them cause they have new insights for me. I had to block advisors to stop receiving emails to read with them. I would like to say it’s a pain that you can’t directly delete your account without contacting them when you can do the same on any other social media account. Not to mention they like to push you into keeping your account so you can be further milked for your money, I terminated my account but I wanted to give a review to this “business “. Glad to be done with it. I’ll go speak to real readers.

5. 2/5Horrible customer service

   Once you find good advisors stick with them. A lot of them are horrible and phony and will waste your time to get more money or stall. Quite a few will just say exactly what they said back to you. I requested a refund to use to connect with my actual advisors and they gave me 33% off after I wasted $30 on someone telling me the same thing I told them and not responding to me and the other basically not doing a reading. They don’t get involved in refunds or customer service unless it’s a technical or billing issue. So basically - they won’t give you a refund no matter what the result is - unless your phone crashes or the app crashes. Probably due to the amount of horrible psychics on here. BUT - the only plus I will say is there are some really good legit psychics. I highly recommend Master Enigma and Love World Emerald. Enigma is short and to the point, doesn’t waste your time or money especially when he’s connected with you before. Love World Emerald goes into great detail and is very calming and reassuring. Neither are just in it for the money because if they don’t have anything else to say they don’t try to stall. If you don’t have money to throw around I recommend Keen - they give fast customer service and they give you refunds if the reading was bad (within good reason of course).
