I have owned the app sense it was called superloud and I have never had this problem till the lass update and I have tried to reinstall the song that I bought and it still shows on the app that I have not bought them, can you fix it as soon as possible I use the app every morning I go to work and when I can’t play the songs I have Ben playing for months it is a little bit annoying, really hope you can fix this problem this is probably on of the best eq app I have ever used, Thanks, Tristan D

Update to developer . . you are assuming that everyone understands what you write. I am not an audio expert, I don’t know what the different audio formats are or mean. Before I got the app and tried it I didn’t know what DRM meant so I didn’t know what it meant to me. You might want to write it in simpler terms like ... Will not work with Apple Music Subscription, or don’t purchase unless you write your own music or rip your CD’s or .... (whatever else can be done. THAT would have gotten my attention so that I understood better. I still don’t know how this app is used. Also in your response you did not explain the value of the application to someone like me. Maybe you could do that. I don’t need another app to play the same music as I play in the Apple Music app with no enhancement. How about a refined? That would fix the app for me :^) —————————————————- I don’t think understand the value of this app. I am looking for a way to adjust the EQ over and above the Music app and thought this would do it. I subscribe to Apple Music and every single song is DRM blocked. This means that it can only be played on the Apple Music player, eliminating this player and associated EQ It may be due to Apple not allowing it but then why does this app exist? If you are an Apple Music Subscriber don’t bother with this. I think it may be a dead product. I guess I should have had a clue when the app keeps referring the “iPod” list. Does anyone use an iPod anymore? Just threw away $10 USD

Hi …I just to say thank you for the app I have for so many years the first app “Soundloud”and is the best Been said that I want to ask if is possible to make it work the display of the album art work to and all the info when you connect to a car on the screen the previous version does it I don’t understand why this version do it ;I have an iPod touch 7th gen and the one could display is a an iPod touch 6th gen I will appreciate an answer if it is possible Thanks for the attention

4/5Serious App - Can be the best out there!
I just started looking into HiDef Audio and started my collection. One of the key piece is to have a portable way of playing songs and this app is hands down one of the best. However just a few things to improve there: - UX/UI could be better (it’s a bit of a mess - I can tell I am a pro software PM/architect/UX/UI designer working for $$$ corporate apps), even if I am not a big skeuomorphic proponent I would love an interface that mimics classic audio equipments (the way the volume buttons are implemented by ex.), you can get the inspiration form the amazing you tuber channel Techmoan (I love that guy!) - I have my HD files stored on iCloud (or other cloud service through the Files app), please find a way to use those instead of copying everything on the SSD - For those of us who are using external DAC, please indicate what is the type/rate of the connection (I’d like to make sure I am using DSD all through) PS: I can help you with those if you’d like...

So I have tried many iOS music player apps to see if they actually make a difference in sound quality. Most sound the same as Apple’s built in music player app. But KaiserTone is different as it sounds so analogue. My trick is to disable all the extra processing in the app, turning off all equalization and setting artwork thumbnail sizes to smallest. This puts less stress on your iPhone’s processor, creates less jitter and gives better sound quality. Try it!

"body": "I have owned the app sense it was called superloud and I have never had this problem till the lass update and I have tried to reinstall the song that I bought and it still shows on the app that I have not bought them, can you fix it as soon as possible I use the app every morning I go to work and when I can’t play the songs I have Ben playing for months it is a little bit annoying, really hope you can fix this problem this is probably on of the best eq app I have ever used, Thanks, Tristan D",

"body": "Update to developer . . you are assuming that everyone understands what you write. I am not an audio expert, I don’t know what the different audio formats are or mean. Before I got the app and tried it I didn’t know what DRM meant so I didn’t know what it meant to me. You might want to write it in simpler terms like ... Will not work with Apple Music Subscription, or don’t purchase unless you write your own music or rip your CD’s or .... (whatever else can be done. THAT would have gotten my attention so that I understood better. I still don’t know how this app is used. Also in your response you did not explain the value of the application to someone like me. Maybe you could do that. I don’t need another app to play the same music as I play in the Apple Music app with no enhancement. How about a refined? That would fix the app for me :^) —————————————————- I don’t think understand the value of this app. I am looking for a way to adjust the EQ over and above the Music app and thought this would do it. I subscribe to Apple Music and every single song is DRM blocked. This means that it can only be played on the Apple Music player, eliminating this player and associated EQ It may be due to Apple not allowing it but then why does this app exist? If you are an Apple Music Subscriber don’t bother with this. I think it may be a dead product. I guess I should have had a clue when the app keeps referring the “iPod” list. Does anyone use an iPod anymore? Just threw away $10 USD",

"body": "I just started looking into HiDef Audio and started my collection. One of the key piece is to have a portable way of playing songs and this app is hands down one of the best. However just a few things to improve there: - UX/UI could be better (it’s a bit of a mess - I can tell I am a pro software PM/architect/UX/UI designer working for $$$ corporate apps), even if I am not a big skeuomorphic proponent I would love an interface that mimics classic audio equipments (the way the volume buttons are implemented by ex.), you can get the inspiration form the amazing you tuber channel Techmoan (I love that guy!) - I have my HD files stored on iCloud (or other cloud service through the Files app), please find a way to use those instead of copying everything on the SSD - For those of us who are using external DAC, please indicate what is the type/rate of the connection (I’d like to make sure I am using DSD all through) PS: I can help you with those if you’d like...",

"body": "So I have tried many iOS music player apps to see if they actually make a difference in sound quality. Most sound the same as Apple’s built in music player app. But KaiserTone is different as it sounds so analogue. My trick is to disable all the extra processing in the app, turning off all equalization and setting artwork thumbnail sizes to smallest. This puts less stress on your iPhone’s processor, creates less jitter and gives better sound quality. Try it!",
