"body": "They are constantly updating the app. For organizing territories is great! I imagine it’s better if you have city territory but works really well for rural territory. It’s a bit confusing to get to it at the beginning but once you read the manual and try it at home, IT’S WONDERFUL! I love that you can change the data you have entered, choose colors, keep your time organized. The only thing it will be great if the time under the 📎 can be added to your report. Easy to use! Have been using it for a long time and otra great!",

"body": "I have tried a number of field service apps and I always come back to this one for its simplicity and ease of use. Updating the app with the new adjustments to reporting time was very prompt and made it easy to keep using the app. It also can be linked to NW Publisher. I love the timer function, so I was very happy to purchase the Watch app and have it so accessible. It’s a relief to be able to sync my time among my devices, regardless of which one I’m using. Although the Watch app has a price attached to it, it’s worth it I ran into a problem with the syncing from my Watch to my other devices and contacting the developer from within the app was so easy. The response was quick, thorough and on point. because this one is free, so it’s like getting two for one if you use both.",

"body": "I’ve been using this app since 2017 to record my field service, and it has been an absolute blessing over the years. It’s simple, reliable, and makes keeping track of my hours so easy. I appreciate how well it’s maintained and how it keeps up to date with the recent changes in reporting hours, videos, publications and return visits. The app runs smoothly and, after all these years, I’ve never had an issue to report. Thank you to the developers for creating such a helpful tool for those of us in the ministry—it has truly made my service more organized.",

"title": "What happened?",
"body": "I’ve been using this app for a while, and it was really helpful for planning and recording my time. When the planning feature became paid, I was disappointed but I understood, especially since the update at that time mentioned that recording time would always remain free. Because of that, I continued to use it into the new service year. However, changing things in the middle of September, after many of us had already started adding our time, was extremely frustrating. Suddenly being required to pay just to keep recording time, without any clear notice ahead of time, feels unfair. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a glitch, but I guess sadly it was not. As a young pioneer couple, we simply don’t have the money to spend on an app just to record hours. If the developers planned to start charging for this basic feature, it would have been respectful to at least announce it in advance. The way it was done comes across as abrupt and inconsiderate, especially since the only ones who need to record their time are pioneers. Disappointed is an understatement.",

"body": "Since my previous app was no longer supported, I have been looking for a new way to record my time. I wanted something that would track my progress as a Pioneer and I was so very happy when I found Field Ministry! From using this app, I have started tracking my time daily and I LOVE IT!!! To me, it is easier to schedule a few hours each day so that I am not overwhelmed. There are other things that I am still learning how to do on this app, but so far, I am very happy! Also, I love that the developer is very helpful and attentive if I have questions or issues.I was able to get issues solved by just contacting them.",
