"body": "This app is simple to use, beautifully designed, and completely solves for tracking movies and TV I have seen and want to see!!! My flow for picking something to watch and then casting it onto the tv is now a million times easier, faster, and more pleasant than it used to be. Previously, I hated browsing through each separate app’s lists on Netflix/HBO/Disney/etc, and it was always hard to see my favorites in a way that makes sense. Now, I love that I can quickly see my own list of movies (no annoying algorithms), filter my list by genre or years, and even filter which films are available on my services now (it’s a gamechanger!). Then I can even cast directly from the app to my TV, and skip the annoying interfaces of each individual app trying to feed me things I am not interested in. Thank you JustWatch for the huge quality-of-life improvement, it is very rare that an app makes me so happy with its simplicity and effectiveness!",

"body": "I’ve really enjoyed this app, and would give it 5 stars if only these three shortcomings were rectified: 1️⃣ Please add a ‘Notify Me’ button for films that have not yet hit streaming. I’ve seen a ‘notify me’ feature on some obscure films that none of my services are currently streaming, but I really, 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 want to see this feature available for new releases. 2️⃣ We need a way to delete watchlists that were created in error, or that we no longer want for whatever reason. I created some watchlists the first day I had the app that are entirely superfluous, and they provoke irritation each time I see them. If there is a way to do this that I just haven’t discovered yet, I hope the developers chime in here and set me straight. 😁 3️⃣ Please sort the watchlists alphabetically rather than according to date of creation. As someone with OCD - and I’m not alone in this - I compulsively organize things, which results in a large number of different categories/watchlists. (And once that feature has been added, you could really kick it up a notch by allowing us to order/reorder our watchlists as we see fit. An ‘edit’ mode with the ability to touch/hold and slide into a new position would be ideal. Thank you, developers, for this highly useful app!",

"body": "Dear Developers, I have a few iOS devices (that are very recent models), and I maintain regular software updates accordingly. A few days ago, (Today being March 16th 2021), your latest update for this application seemingly broke the functionality of the GUI. The “connected streaming services” icons on any movie or tv show’s listed page NO LONGER WORK. I have already emailed the listed address on the JustWatch website regarding this issue, but am hoping this AppStore review will reach the right people at your company ASAP. I am only writing this to provide feedback & will (hopefully) be able to give this app a higher rating if/when it starts working again. I used to really enjoy this website/application. I’d really appreciate it if those in charge of maintaining the iOS app would understand that I am genuinely trying to provide honest feedback. My grievances are not with subjective things like the overall layout or anything that comes down to personal preference; but rather basic functionality. The app’s interface has been getting slower with every update in recent months. Are the developers aware of this? If so, do they not care or is it a trade off for having the app capable of certain features? I’m asking these questions because I don’t see how any new feature could be worthwhile if the app ceases to work at all. I implore you to consider rolling back some of the most recent updates because they have compromised your app’s ability to function. (Which is kind of a big deal, wouldn’t you agree?) Thank you.",

"title": "Watchlist GONE!? [restored!]",
"body": "***UPDATE***After a lot of back-and-forth via email and in-app messages, here is the key - create an account if you never had one (I didn’t), then in-app message a new thread (even if you’ve already been without an account), and next patch your list comes back. (As of version 25.8.5) Wish they would just have said this was an account creation mandate. Wasted so much time and effort - why only went from 1 to 3 stars after fix, the pain of it all cost a couple stars (and the “Last added” sort data is now scrambled). Thanks to post “Watchlist Gone (now back!)” by Whatlist? on Jan 22 for an idea on how to fix this after over a month!!! Same issue apparently many have had. Several versions ago all user data (my watchlists) were deleted during an update. I did not have an account, but it’s always saved my data for years (locally on my phone I’m guessing). I held out hope after contacting support at the email given in developer response to many other reviews, but nothing recovered so far. It’s not looking good, it may never be, and I’m so sad - lost years of history and because I’m not starting over, it will be the end of my using JustWatch :-(",

"body": "I’ve had JustWatch for years and primarily used it to receive notifications when movies and shows on my list were available on my specific streaming services, which is a feature many tracking apps lack. I was using TV Time to actually track and rate what I watched because I liked the community comment capabilities. With TV Time shutting down, I didn’t want to lose my watch history. I imported my data in a few apps so I could decide which one I liked as a replacement, but the wait time has been extreme. On one app, I was 33,000+ in line to have my data imported (still waiting 6 days later). I found a Reddit post saying you could email JustWatch with your TV Time zip file and JustWatch pseudonym ID and they would import it for you. I didn’t really think it would work because it sounded way too easy, but I got an email back from a team member named Steven literally two hours later that it was complete! I doubled checked and sure enough, all my history was there. I then followed up with another question and he got back to me immediately. This kind of fast and convenient customer service is near impossible to find today, especially considering how much extra traffic these apps are getting with TV Time closing. I highly recommend giving JustWatch a shot if you’re a fellow TV Time widow(er), and especially appreciate my experience with their customer service!",
