"body": "Disconnects frequently, and they changed the free timer from an hour to 30 minutes per session, so I have to exit any app that I’m using after 30 minutes to go watch another 2 minute long ad for another 30 minutes of VPN. I could tolerate the issues and the sudden, out of time disconnections when the timer was 60 minutes, but now it’s just not even worth it since I get the same ads and the same speed for exactly HALF the time as before.",

"body": "Paid for premium, didn’t get premium. It just kept loading and never worked. Not a connection issue. Canceled the subscription and still got charged with no refund. Tried to contact support and their inbox is “full,” so they’re basically unreachable. Charging people without providing the service and having no working support is unacceptable. I basically lost $4. Well, obviously in dollars, “that’s nothing.” But, some people are from third world countries where that $4 alone takes us a month to earn. This is utterly ridiculous.",
