It’s hard to understand how a premium brand like Jumeirah has ended up with an app this poor — it’s right up there with the infamous British Airways one (and we know who built that mess). Trying to do anything results in a never-ending loading circle. It’s not my WiFi — the app simply doesn’t work. Disappointing and frustrating from a brand that usually prides itself on quality.",
