   We have been using Jobber for our painting business for 4-5 years now, it is hands down the greatest tool, We have our office book estimates on Jobber with Full customer info, Address, Name, Email ETC….. Estimator gets scheduled, Jobber sends booking confirmation, Estimator has option to let client know he is on his way & what expected time of arrival will be. Estimator writes our estimates on Jobber they have Company Cam attachments that link directly with your estimate, so you can send edited photos of what your doing for client and or also for your crew when they work on project. Job gets accepted, Jobber has a Deposit option on 10% down & office schedules you in next availability, Paint crew is scheduled through Jobber and clock in and out with Jobber, with instructions tab that Jobber has for anyone we have assigned to that specific job with start time, finish time, company cam photo attachments, Instructions for job, so you don’t have to waste any time driving to multiple jobs a day, literally just following up with leads based off of instructions and Company Cam. Crew work on job and attach photos and we can update client as well as the lead on job on progress etc…. Once job is finished, Jobber lets us invoice our client, Credit Card, Debit, check etc….. Send final receipt to client and add a follow up task for future, Financing Options available through Jobber too.

2. 1/5Unsatisfactory customer service

   We signed up with jobber and got their mid tier package. It took us months to get clients imported as we had over 1,000 and eventually had to pay someone separate. It was a hassle to get their team to do it for us as we were not their highest paying clients and just kept sending a video I had already watched. After finally getting clients in we experienced glitches in the software itself in both the app and browser version when trying to set up different forms inside of jobber as well as when the customer views them. After paying over $700 we canceled and requested a refund which has been even more of a hassle as they keep referring back to their no refund policy when we were not even able to use the software for our business at all. Still have yet to get our money back. I would NOT recommend this to anyone as they are not customer oriented and basically stole our money after spending hours of our own time trying to set this up without success. I would expect a business this size to care more about the customers they serve. I would recommend housecall pro as they will help you every step of the way even with client import and you don’t have to be the highest paying client. They also have more to offer with their pricing and gave us discounts our first 3 months ,including $25 for the first month, which is something jobber would not do.

   Jobber is great. So much functionality at a great price. Much better for scaling your team without getting astronomical in costs. We chose this over service titan because it’s not charged for per team member but essentially has mostly all the same functionality. And anything it’s lacking in, there are tons of apps to integrate with it. From zappier for automations, to send jim for automated mail marketing, to realworks for Google ranking and review management, to one step GPS for fleet vehicle tracking real time on the map. We have the whole suite so we have email campaigns, AI receptionist, review management, website built in. Jobber keeps everything organizing and the work flows operating smoothly. The biggest thing that sets jobber apart is they continuously improve. Always rolling out improvements and new features through jobber labs, for example they recently released functionality to quote as “good, better, best” options. They have great support, they provide learning resources and web conferences for education. Honestly jobber is a great application and we have been happy integrating with it after getting away from MHelpDesk. Keep up the great work Jobber!

4. 5/5Perfect solution for our small business

   I own small service company and had been using paper invoices prior to thinking about implementing a software. I tried out HouseCall Pro, FieldEdge, and some other CRM softwares before finally deciding on Jobber as I found it to be the best of all other apps that I personally tested. Jobber has proved to be the easiest to learn , most efficient (no lagging, or disconnecting) , and most affordable software out there. I love the fact that their customer service is available to answer any questions , and most importantly the developers and team are constantly updating and adding/removing new features. I have been super happy using Jobber and so do our field workers who had no problem getting used to the software. Jobber saves us time, gives our company a feeling of being modern and hip, and keeps our customers up to date with reminders of upcoming appointments, text messages when we are on the way, and following up with them when the job is complete. Before using Jobber, everything was unorganized; to look up a history of the customer we had to dig through mountains of paperwork (sometimes invoice would be misplaced or lost) , our scheduling and dispatching was very inefficient and confusing, and we were doing so much extra unnecessary work because there was no software being implemented to run things smoothly and professionally as they should be. I would highly recommend giving this a go. They offer a 30 day or 14 day free account so you can play around with the software and test it out. Don’t be afraid to switch to a platform like Jobber. Get on with times and start improving your business and staying on top of your game.

   My husband and I took over his dad’s plumbing company that was birthed 50 years ago. Since it’s birth, not much has changed as far as office work goes. We were still using paper invoices, sticky notes, text messages, and printed out papers. We stepped into a business with 3 employees (one of which was my husband) and an already great reputation due to his dad’s hard work and service to our community, but we knew when we took over that some changes needed to be made. So we started looking for ways to streamline our field service management (we now have 7 employees, not including my husband) and try to get rid of the paper invoices. I had a bunch of demos from other companies, loved a couple of the interfaces (but not their corresponding pricing) and then I found Jobber. From day 1 their program has been so easy to navigate. It is intuitive, user friendly, and a simple design that doesn’t overwhelm you with small, hard to find boxes or too much information all at once. I am a hands on learner so I signed up for the promo and got into it. I was assigned a lovely Product Coach named Émmilienne who has answered every question I’ve had and given me tips on how to learn the system better. She has been delightful to work with! At one point she was out sick, but one of her associates, Ronen, stepped in seemlessly to navigate my second round of questions and give me more tips on how to navigate a few hurdles I ran into. All in all, I am thrilled to be a Jobber customer and although I am not a salesman, I do like to tell people about things I truly love, Jobber falls in that category. It is user friendly, intuitive, customizable, has a great interface and excellent customer support team. Five stars fo sho!!! *****

   doesn't work half the time cause it can't connect with their servers. The time during which it can connect it constantly freezes or deletes information that you've already entered. The worst thing you could ever do to your business is use jobber!
