   For an app that is trying to advertise being different from other apps, it does get your attention with the single mixtures and being able to meet in person, but that’s a trap !!! beware. What they show in the photos is not what you get, it’s a ruse to get you to pay for the app so you can “check in” when you get to the “so call event” this is all fake you show up to a normal bar no one is checking you in, there is no host and people are not mixing and mingling it’s just people hanging with friends they came with! What an awful thing to do to people who pay for this stupid app then to be scammed and feel foolish, wasting there time to show up and meet people, it’s one thing to just randomly scroll and meet people online but there are people who are making an effort to go out just to be scammed. All those who rate 5 star comments are also bots! I am a YouTuber and a blogger and I will be putting your app on blast, I have saved all the emails and messages asking for my refund with no response and charges made.

   Support team is really good, you ask them anything they will respond back in a day and have answers for you but there are issues with app and the setup. 1) Dating page of the app is not good at all, it will never refresh its hard to find new people. You have to hide each person and then close the app to see new people. You should make it easy to like or comment and refresh new people. Also I don’t think when you like anyone it’s being showed on there page, it would be great if you can fix all this issues. 2) You need to add ratio of tickets sold, we buy 30$ ticket and in the event you mostly see men, 3-4 girls and 12-15 men so that does not make sense to pay the ticket and not find anyone. If you can add a ration of how many boys and girls are coming then it will help to buy tickets, or this will keep dropping in future specially in places like charlotte where the ratio started going off.

   I genuinely feel scammed. The organization should be ashamed to charge anything for today’s experience, let alone $30. I just went to the Boston Coffee Shop speed dating event. First, it was at a brewery, not a coffee shop and there was no coffee. Second, the organizer seemed to be struggling with how to rotate the participants. All that needed to happen was to have the men rotate in the same direction from each table to the next table down and have the late shows go to the end or wait. By the way she was slotting people in random places, or having some tables rotate right, others left, others in a snake pattern… you would’ve thought this was a Euclidean algebra problem. There must have been around 50 participants total (25 each gender) but people only got to meet about 5 or 6 each. It failed at the most basic aspect of what a speed dating event is. What made me call this a scam above all is that after the event, even though you have paid a whopping $30 you cannot view the participants from the event on the app (which they suggest you do) unless you pay for membership. Literally like being taxed on something you already paid tax on! The app itself seems functional and the design is decent, but because the dating is tied to the app, I’m giving this only 2 stars.

   I don't understand why this app punishes you for not talking 24/7 to your match, especially when you can't even see their face yet. I hadn't checked my app in a few days and noticed that one of my matches had expired. Now Jigsaw wants me to pay for a subscription in order to recover the match. The paid version offers a feature that says "Give them a second chance" as if you didn't work out, which isn't true at all. We had an ongoing conversation and it was moving forward fairly well. We just both have lives outside of the internet. I enjoyed the concept of the app overall but being unmatched truly drove me away. With this being a newer app, Jigsaw should not be blocking you from people in such a short amount of time. This will just drive users away, IMO. I understand if the app unmatches you when there is no communication at all after matching, but if you have an ongoing conversation, it doesn't make sense that your conversation went "downhill" and you should be blocked forever from them.

   My husband and I met about 9 days after we started talking on this app. We met in a cute small town downtown for dinner, drinks, and dancing. We clicked so quickly and stayed out as long as possible before heading home our separate ways… and then continuing to text all night. We’ve been inseparable since. And it started here. Being able to focus on who he is and not nitpicking arbitrary things allowed us to be so open with each other. And we didn’t have to spend the first 10 messages talking about physical features and things in each other’s pictures. We were able to jump right in to who we were and actually find out that we connected on so many levels. I recommend this app to all of the single people I know. If you’re looking for a real connection, you should try here.

   "Guaranteed gender ratio" it's a guaranteed sausage fest, over 2x the men than women. horribly managed, the venue was not suitable for speed dating at all. horrible experience. can't believe I paid for premium. I will be requesting a refund Edit: since Jigsaw replied to say it was no shows, that was not the case. I had premium and started looking for different events. all of them have a 70/30 ratio, more than twice as many men than women.

   You "match" with everyone but it isn't a real match. If you somehow can't make it to an event, you get flagged as a no-show and can't get tickets for others.

   I just paid for the year subscription it says 7 a month I assumed I could pay monthly like most subscriptions. whatever, then I select on the event I wanted to attend and I need to pay $10 more dollars just for this event. so far this is a pretty bad experience these things were nit explained well.
