   I decided to do a juice cleanse after spending 5 days over eating and drinking while on vacation. A friend recommended this one and I was very skeptical but decided to try and it exceeded my expectations. App is easy to use and juices taste much better than I expected. Shopping list is very helpful so are the videos. Most of the days I was in fact excited to get home to make and drink the juices! I dropped 9 lbs in 5 days, feel amazing, have normal or higher energy and am not craving any junk food!

2. 5/5worked for me

   This program was just what I needed to lose my Holiday weight gain. I liked the variety of ingredients of fruits and vegetables (26?) as it seemed like a balanced program vs. a fad diet. I was never truly hungry although towards the end I did look forward to warm food (January in Virginia) and crunchy textures. I lost closer to 7 lbs and plan to now continue the momentum with a hot soup regime of vegetable soups and weight watcher point counting. It did take some time as my Omega horizontal juicer needs things chopped pretty small (does a great job though as long as you mix soft things like apple and pineapple with hard things like carrots, beets, leafy greens.) So I froze some juices for times when I knew I would be busy. Not as delicious as fresh but fine. Still I will do it again when I feel the need for a "course correction" in my quest to slim down and to show my body it does not need to satisfy its lust for fried foods! Interestingly, I am a regular wine drinker and I did not miss that, espressos or chocolate while on this program. I recommend watching the coaching videos to reinforce your resolve. Or do it with a friend as I did. He was on the 7 day program.

4. 5/5Love this app!

   This app added so much to the experience of doing the five Day detox. Even though all the directions are also in the book by the same title, seeing Jason actually make the juices helped me learn so much about the specifics about how to actually juice that I wouldn't have learned just by reading the book. Also his humor really kept me motivated, surprisingly. I actually wanted to tune in each of the five days to get my daily pep talk and get specific instructions on what this particular date would be like in terms of juicing. I highly recommend getting the app in spite of the higher cost of the this app compared to others. Well worth the cost.

5. 5/5This app is AWESOME-SAUCE!!!

   I work for a world leader in Health, Vitality, and Cleansing. Every 6 months I do a juice cleanse. This has been by far one of the most energizing, tasty, and healthy rounds yet. Overall three of my family did it together. thats 60 “meals” in the form of juices over the 5 days, and the overall bill for fresh organic produce was just around $200. That’s only about $3.33 per juice. Compared to the $9 & $11 dollar options at the store… this is amazing. Great videos, clear recipes and tips. This app is worth 10x what they are asking.
