   I like it the app, however I have to constantly edit each playlist every time new content is pushed. Many other apps have an option to not add new channels, but cannot find this feature with Opus. No one wants to be bombarded with foreign channels and have their playlist hijacked with unwanted channels when it was setup just the way I wanted it. This leads to having to go edit each playlist in Live TV, Movies and Series which is tedious and irritating. Would love to see this added feature so OPUS can be more competitive with other apps.

2. 1/5Incomplete App- No Support

   I hardly write reviews but this is a must read!! This app and really this company is a lackluster startup that has no customer service or form of contact and does not contribute to updating or fixing its service. It seems like a high school or college project that they put out there the product but in no way is it functional. The concept of ALL platform usage attracted me beyond (Apple-Android) was the perfect idea. It flat out doesn’t work, I have Apple TV 4K, MacBook Pro M2, iPhone 14 Pro max, Firetv 4K Max internet 400mgb and high speed mobile 5g - I use an IPTV high octane service that has no problems but wanted- that platform that houses everything. There is no excuse other than OPUS IPTV. The app freezes after 3 or 5 mins of usage ( Live TV, Movies, Series) , doesn’t allow you to fast forward rewind. You cannot change the viewing ratio freely on MAC, the phone you have to play with it to get wide view. No subtitles option. Cannot see the list of the programs or shows on any device. You have to go through loops to find a list of you are fortunate to figure it out. Again have no idea what people are reviewing saying this is decent but it must be paid reviews. Don’t waste your time, lucky I paid with PayPal and they refunded the 3 months I bought. Don’t even try the free trial better options. Use Startup Show or VLC.

3. 1/5Charges for multiple subscriptions at same time, also glitchy and restore button stopped working

   Interface needs work. It used to ask me to restore my purchase upon every login but then stopped allowing me to do so. Only way to access was to choose a new plan so I chose the weekly plan and then cancelled it all. I was already on an annual plan which hadn’t expired yet Apple allows you to pay for the same exact service on annual, monthly, and weekly as many times as you want even though there is already an active subscription in place. They even let it renew once you cancel the plan you switched to. Multiple errors on Opus & Apple’s part. The kicker is when Apple refuse to refund when their system allowed a secondary sub to be signed up for alongside an existing annual. App has been deleted, nowhere near as good as others out there.

4. 1/5Beautiful Interface poor EPG processing

   It’s so close to being great but it does not process EPG data and show the airing programs title - only the station title. This is like bare minimum for an iPTV app but everything else about it is so good and lack of option on AppleTV make this the choice if they’d spend a little time on the bare minimum iPTV features. Noticing bugs where I cannot play content from live tv and instead have to select an item and then play it under the home tab for it to work correctly. I paid for the lifetime subscription and will update this review if the issues are resolved. Update: Two years of premium membership and EPG data has still not been integrated… If you can’t get EPG data to work with cloud sync, just note that and implement a per device option. This is crazy for an IPTV app there only pieces to IPTV and you’ve done 50% of the work.

5. 2/5Initial download when opening the app is ultra slow

   Most people use a single playlist, so having to choose the playlist every single time you open the app and wait for it to download the info is very annoying, just save it locally and make it so that the user can go straight to the content and have the option to automatically update epg a few times per day while using the app or have the ability to update it manually… also, there is no ability to zap through channels quickly… this is one of the most basic things an IPTV player should have…I will update my rating if these basic issues get resolved… these are things that can be fixed easily.
