   I was looking for a simple invoicing app that would get the job done for free. And this is it. While you can get more premium features with the subscription witch are well worth the cost, it works great without any subscription. Which is impressive these days. Thank you to the developers!

2. 4/5Really nice software, but not perfect for me

   I work as a freelancer that operates on day rates overtime. The way the software workflow is setup, I can only be set to hourly rates for tasks instead of day rates. I am forced to input my "days" as a product which seems to be against how the software is designed to work. Just wiritng this review to see if im using it wrong, or if other people have had a similar issue.

   If you are looking for a powerful invoicing software that you can host on your own and own your data, look no further! The team behind it is amazing and the support you get is bettar than anything I have seen. I cannot recommend InvoiceNinja enough!

4. 4/5This would be perfect if only for two things...

   I love Invoice Ninja on my computer. It has totally replaced more expensive billing software like QuickBooks or Harvest App. I also love having the app so I can easily check things on my phone. I have a couple of wishlist items, though: 1) I wish the mobile app would be more mobile responsive in that it would stack content on mobiles rather than having the side-to-side slider for seeing invoice data. I can quickly see paid, draft, sent, and late invoices, but if I want to see to whom they belong, I have to slide the screen to show the business name. I'm sure this will be fixed at some point. 2) My clients are weirded out about putting payment info into a page on my website that doesn't have anything indicated it's actually a form hosted at Stripe. I think it would be great if there were a more obvious branding for Stripe so that when someone puts in their data, they can feel secure that it's a Stripe-hosted form even though it's embedded in the page. WooCommerce does something like this and I think it's comforting to people to see a familiar payment processor when they're putting in their payment info. As it is, I have rigged up a notice in the customer portal header that lets them know the payment form at the bottom of the payment page is actually an embedded from Stripe. I can tell a lot of customers don't see that, though, because they still sometimes ask me to send them a separate stripe link to pay. Otherwise, great app!

5. 5/5Great Invoicing App

   Invoice Ninja is awesome. Does exactly everything I need it to do without any hassles. Been using it for about 3 years now flawlessly. Was using another popular QB app for years and got tired of the constant increase in fees and monthly subscription charges/changes. Pay for Ninja once a year and it’s awesome. Thanks for coming up with such a good and straightforward app!!
