3.11.1 — a steadier, more polished InvoiceToo: • Sign in & recovery: smoother sign-in flow with clearer recovery if you forget which email you used. The keyboard no longer covers the email field on smaller iPhones. • Sidebar & Settings, reorganized: a cleaner sidebar header shows your business at a glance, and Settings is reorganized into four focused sections — Business, Documents & Defaults, Legal & Privacy, and Account. Less hunting, fewer mystery taps. • In-app help & legal: Terms, Privacy, and Help articles now render natively inside the app instead of a webview — faster, readable in dark mode, and available offline. • Send Feedback & Contact Support: redesigned feedback form with a category picker, a working keyboard, and a success confirmation. Contact Support no longer hits a 404. • Invoices & estimates polish: filter tabs (All / Pending / Overdue / Paid) and the Edit | Preview | History tabs are back where you expect them, and you'll no longer see a false "number already exists" warning when switching tabs on an existing document. • Email defaults: CC and BCC fields now accept multiple, comma-separated addresses with an in-line help hint, plus automatic whitespace cleanup so an extra space won't break sending. • iOS 26 visual fit: tighter back-button styling, restored search-bar contrast across eight screens, brand-correct sidebar shadow, and Dynamic Type respected throughout the new chrome. Thanks for the detailed TestFlight feedback that drove most of this release. Keep it coming.

Clear warnings when something is missing instead of silent confusion. • Keypad dismissal: numeric keypads (shipping cost, totals, expense amounts, and more) dismiss again when you tap outside the field, and every numeric field has a Done button on the keyboard toolbar — especially helpful on iOS 18. • Shipping screen layout: the Update button no longer overlaps address fields when "Use a different shipping address" is enabled. • Estimate detail background: fixed the half-grey strip behind the Edit/Preview tabs — now matches invoice detail. • Save button contrast on iOS 26: Save and Update buttons across the app use high-contrast titles readable against the iOS 26 background treatment — invoice basics, signatures, expenses, projects, tasks, and navigation-bar Save buttons. • Privacy Policy & Terms of Service: updated. In-app copies and invoicetoo.com/privacy and invoicetoo.com/terms now match. • Fixed a bug with Client Statements that caused the app to crash Thanks for the TestFlight feedback that shaped this release. 3.12.0 — Clearer client activity and more control: • Document Layout: pick your default template layout right from Settings → Documents & defaults, so new invoices and estimates use the look you want. • See when clients open your documents: the list now shows a clear “viewed” indicator when a client actually opens an invoice or estimate, separate from whether the email was simply sent. • Viewed notifications you control: new switches in Settings let you turn “Notify when an invoice is viewed” and “Notify when an estimate is viewed” on or off independently. • Client-reported payments: when a client tells you they’ve paid, the invoice now clearly flags “Client says paid” in your list and on the invoice history, so you know which payments to confirm. • Smoother settings toggles: switches now respond instantly and reliably, with no flicker or unexpected pop-ups. 3.12.1 — More ways to reach clients, faster lists: • Multiple emails per client: add a primary email plus up to five additional addresses for any client. When you send an invoice or estimate, the primary is the main recipient and the rest are automatically copied (Cc) — perfect for looping in an accountant, partner, or billing department. • Faster, smarter lists: your invoices and estimates now load in pages and scroll smoothly even with thousands of records, with quick search by number or client name and instant filtering by status tab. • More accurate Estimates count: the "All" tab now includes expired estimates, so the number always matches what you see. • Cleaner save confirmations: the "Saved" and "Updated" confirmations now appear as a quick, tidy banner that dismisses itself — no extra tap needed. 3.12.3 — Smarter estimate expiry and clearer paid invoices: • Expired estimates: reopen a quote in one tap with Extend — choose how many days from today, or confirm to reopen with no expiry date. • Easier Valid For: set how long an estimate stays valid right on the create and edit screens, not buried in Basics. • Expired push alerts: when a quote expires, tap the notification to jump straight to that estimate so you can extend it or follow up with your client. • Unmark paid: on a paid invoice, Unmark paid is easier to find when you need to reverse a payment status.
