"body": "This is my first Intrepid tour, and I’m impressed. Our tour leader Amelie was great! At 28, she evinces tremendous maturity and works seamlessly to understand the individual needs of the group. We had 6 tour members, excluding Amelie. We easily bonded, which is fortunate. Yet Amelie’s friendliness and passion for the area’s history also enhanced bonding. I definitely will consider another Intrepid trip!",

"body": "Tried to book a trip via the app but the page to insert payment info would not load. Also had similar issues on their website. When using the chat feature the app does not keep previous conversations. Which means I had to repeat and enter a lot of the same information numerous times. Lots of room for improvement. Hopefully their trips are better organized.",
